Research On Influence Factors Of The Implementation Of Lean Quality Management In Construction Company

The research on traditional construction quality management is very mature and has some weakness,so the lean quality management has been introduced by many scholars to improve the level of construction quality management.At present,the process of implementing lean quality management in construction enterprise is slow,and the relevant researches are insufficient.Therefore,this study will take main factors affecting the implementation of lean quality management in construction enterprise as subjects,then some suggestions are put forward accordingly.Focusing on the core issue of lean quality management,literature review and delphi method were used for the determination of twenty factors affecting the implementation of lean quality management in construction enterprise.Based on this,a special questionnaire was deigned for the research,with six main factors being found through factor analysis:management measures factor,individual factor,implementation ability factor,organization factor,team factor and environmental factor.Then,interpretative structural modeling method was adopted to explore the hierarchical relationship between various factors.This study found that management measure factor,individual factor,implementation ability factor and team factor are the four direct factors that can promote the construction enterprise to implement lean quality directly,quickly and effectively,therefore,weight analysis should be conducted by focusing on the factors directly affecting lean quality,and countermeasures and suggestions should be provided on the basis of the factors greatly affecting the implementation of lean quality management.In this paper,the concept of lean quality management was systematically discussed,important factors affecting the implementation of lean quality management in construction enterprise were obtained,and reasonable suggestions were provided,which are conducive to promote the implementation process of lean quality management and improve the disadvantages of traditional quality management in construction enterprise,so as to improve the level of construction quality management.
