| Product innovation is the core competitiveness of an enterprise in occupying the market.Today,when products are updated so quickly,companies must accurately grasp the market trend and efficiently and accurately develop products that meet customer needs to be at the top of market competition.Concept design is the key to product development.By constructing a functional structure to accurately translate customer needs into technical principles and solutions,the detailed product development can be ensured to be carried out efficiently and smoothly.The essence of concept design is the mapping between the product concept and the knowledge that the designer can obtain based on the requirements.As product complexity increases,the problem-solving knowledge domain should also expand across domains.While biology has undergone millions of years of evolution in nature,knowledge in the biological field can obviously become a source of knowledge for product innovation design.In order to stimulate the great potential of design solutions and biological domain knowledge in product innovation,further research on biologically inspired conceptual design is needed.Functional element solving is the most important key link in the conceptual design process,that is,how to choose the correct effect from the knowledge base to implement the functional element,and combine the original understanding of the functional element into a highly efficient technical system.From the perspective of system design,this paper combines the technical principles of conceptual design and the mining of biological domain knowledge to provide new ideas for function implementation and provide better solutions to problems.Mining biological characteristics,using system architecture to comprehensively evaluate requirements;using axiomatic design and object process methodologies to build product expression models and product architecture models to clear the design process;using analogies,combined with six thinking hats to guide design thinking,Therefore,a conceptual design process model based on biological inspiration was constructed.The main content of the thesis includes the following aspects:1.Through the mining of biological characteristics,determine the biological expression of requirements and guide the design direction;at the product system level,apply system architecture influencing factors to judge whether the requirements are comprehensive,and then apply the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the demand weights and complete the demand analysis.2.Establish a product expression model in the product design process.Aiming at the functional level problem,the design level is analyzed through axiomatic design,and the design sequence is obtained and applied to the design process.For the expression and integrity of the product,the system architecture is used as the guiding framework,and the object process methodology is used as the expression language to establish the product process functional model and product architecture models to clearly represent the products in the design process.3.In the process of solving the functional elements,based on analogy,the structurefunction pattern set is used as a search tool,and Find structure and Ask Nature are used as the knowledge base for biological knowledge retrieval to simplify the retrieval and transfer process;six thinking hats are used to guide the designer’s Thinking,comprehensively considering the design process,built an analogous process model based on six thinking hats.4.The biologically-inspired conceptual design process model proposed in this thesis is used to conceptually design a small UAV mooring cabin to verify the correctness of the research results. |
