| The rapid urbanization process and the development of technology pose serious challenges to public health.Entering the era of refined development,China’s urban development is increasingly concerned about people’s sense of gain,and improving public health has become the goal pursued by high-quality urban space environment.Urban open space is an important space for the public to contact nature and engage in outdoor leisure physical activities Attracted by many parties.However,at the current theoretical level,there is little research on the relationship between open space and physical activity,and it is difficult to provide effective guidance at the space implementation level for health-oriented urban open space planning and construction.The overall urban design project of Lishui participated in by the author is based on the construction of a healthy city,and puts forward the planning requirements for creating a high-quality,healthy and livable living space based on ecological advantages.Taking the opportunity of the project,this article focuses on the needs of physical activity-supported urban open space collaborative planning,builds a research method of coupling open space and physical activity from a health perspective,analyzes the spatial influencing factors and internal laws of physical activity,and provides physical activity for urban open space Provide a basis for health promotion.There are differences in individual activity patterns in open spaces with different morphological characteristics.In this paper,urban open space is divided into four types: point,line,block,and surface.Taking block open space and linear open space along the Nanjing city wall as empirical research cases,from perception Cut into two dimensions of behavior,and conduct a quantitative and qualitative study on the coupling relationship between open space and physical activity.Perceptual coupling research uses the comment information of public comments as the basic data,and interprets the spatial preference and behavioral preference of the public’s physical activity in the block open space through text semantic mining methods such as semantic association analysis and sentiment analysis,and statistical analysis of word frequency It was found that the natural environment and visual landmarks in massive open spaces are the most perceptible and most concerned internal space elements of public physical activity.Among the external space elements,the surrounding recreational resources and surrounding public facilities have a positive influence on the perception of physical activity;behavioral coupling research Establish activity and spatial databases based on activity survey data,network open source data and related planning materials.Internal spatial coupling analysis decomposes and quantifies the space through grid slicing and assigns physical activity characteristics to the spatial unit as the basic unit.The coupled high-score unit is extracted to summarize seven types of physical activity preference places in linear open space.Children’s playgrounds,healthy sports venues and path-led activity venues have the strongest coupling with physical activity;external space coupling analysis constructs physical activity characteristics and quantitative description indicators of external space elements,through the correlation of various activities and spatial indicators The results of coupling analysis result in coupling analysis,and it is found that the concentration of surrounding commercial and entertainment facilities and the density of surrounding population in the external space elements of linear open space have a strong positive coupling effect on physical activity;based on the coupling evaluation results,it is discussed from the micro design and macro layout level Urban open space and physical activity coupling promotion strategy,combined with the author’s actual participation in planning projects,conducts adaptive research on the coupling strategy,with a view to providing ideas for urban activity and health promotion-oriented urban open space planning and construction. |
