Development Modeland Countermeasures Research On Xi’an Aerospace General Aviation Industry Park

As one of the two branches of China’s civil aviation industry,general aviation has been developing slowly for a long time.After the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake,the country gradually realized the importance of developing general aviation.A series of industrial support policies were subsequently introduced,which effectively opened up the development space of the general aviation industry and greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of various regions to develop the general aviation industry and invest in the construction of general aviation industrial parks.Xi’an is an important strategic pivot city in the Silk Road Economic Belt.In 2017,Xi’an was successfully selected as the first batch of cities in the general aviation industry demonstration zone in the country.Xi’an Aerospace General Aviation Industrial Park,as the major development area for the general aviation industry in Xi’an,has long been highly concerned by provinces and cities for its development.According to the research on the domestic and international general aviation industry and the development experience of the general aviation industry park,the study expounds the development model of the general aviation industry park.It is pointed out that the domestic general aviation industrial parks as a whole are facing real problems such as serious homogeneity,single profit model,neglect of industrial connection in development and blind pursuit of large-scale and comprehensive,resulting in insufficient follow-up development motivation.Focus on the Xi’an Aerospace General Aviation Industrial Park as the research object,summarize and discover the achievements and problems faced by the park through the introduction of regional conditions,industrial park construction and operation practices.At the same time,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development of Xi’an Aerospace General Aviation Industrial Park are deeply analyzed according to SWOT theory.Comprehensive analysis of the park,it is summarized the development model of“service-first,multi-aircraft simultaneously” adopted by the park in the context of the vigorous development of the national general aviation industry,combined with its own advantages in airspace conditions,industrial foundation,potential consumer market,and transportation location.On this basis,the countermeasures and guarantee measures for the further development of Xi’an Aerospace General Aviation Industrial Park are put forward,and the further development of Xi’an Aerospace Aviation Industry Park is prospected.
