| The general office of the state council issued the guidance on promoting the development of general aviation industry on May 13,2016,which marked the reform of general aviation industry and was of great significance for the marketization development of general airports.However,the data of general aviation development of China(2016-2017)and the statistical bulletin of civil aviation industry development of 2017 showed that in 2017,the whole industry completed 837,500 flight hours of general aviation production,increasing by 9.5%over the previous year.It can be seen that the favorable policies of general aviation industry are frequent,but the growth rate of market operation is still not significant,which is inseparable from the operational efficiency of general aviation.A general aviation company of north China type belongs to the development of medium general aviation companies in our country,but in north China airlines,in addition to the part of the large group company in Beijing,medium enterprises,the company in north China area of navigation in the enterprise has certain representativeness,therefore,this article will be a general aviation in north China as the object of empirical study,to give priority to dry analysis model through SWOT,PEST analysis(political economic social and technical analysis),the porter five model analysis method,a general aviation in north China to study the macro environment and industry environment,It is found that the company needs to seize the opportunities of low-altitude airspace development,dividend released by deepening reform,industrial transformation and upgrading and diversified development of industrial market,but it also faces the threat of industry profitability deviation,safety accident and strong competitors after the opening of the industry.Using VRIO(value Rarity Imitability organization)model analysis to analyze the enterprise content management system,and found that the enterprise,as well as on the operation mechanism and management mode in short-distance transport,air tour business has significant advantages,but the company in infrastructure,financial strength,operating costs,human resources still exist disadvantages and short board.Finally using the SWOT model analysis,draw the conclusion:in the process of the development of shipping enterprises,should choose compound competitive strategy,to core competitive business focused on the aerial tour,flying club,executive business and flight operations,etc.,and the differentiation,the varieties,specification,and cost leadership competitive strategy,through the analysis of the market for positioning,studying seize the dividend policy,expand the scale of the fleet to form small,expand the aviation services to enhance the specific measures to promote the competitiveness of the industry,such as the profit point. |
