| In the second decade of the 21 st century,China’s urban rail transit has developed rapidly.Especially metro construction which is in full swing in major cities.Metro rail transit has become the optimal solution for increasing traffic congestion in major cities due to its large passenger capacity,fast running speed,high passenger comfort and safety.However,with the increase in the number of metro constructions and the increase in the scale of construction,the daily operation monitoring of metro has gradually become one of the important issues urgently to be solved and optimized in the engineering community.The metro integrated supervisory control system is designed around safety and disaster prevention,driving start and stop and passenger services.Efficient ISCS can realize information communication,resource sharing,improve the level of track monitoring automation and improve metro operation efficiency.The development and research status of ISCS at home and abroad are analyzed firstly,and the shortcomings of the existing metro ISCS are summarized,including:insufficient communication and coordination of information and commands,poor emergency response and comprehensive response capabilities,complicated and disorderly system operation platform,independent management software and so on.Secondly,Nanjing Metro Line 4 is taken as the engineering research object,demand analysis of the metro ISCS are conducted from multiple angles like engineering background,environmental conditions,and power supply conditions.Combined with demand analysis,the self-developed SCADACOM system software platform is adopted to integrate management functions innovatively.And a hierarchical distributed,active and standby metro ISCS is established.The design scheme with BAS and PSCADA as the core is taken and the structure,integrated interconnection scheme,equipment composition of the metro ISCS is designed.At the same time,the design of system network,general function,database deployment and so on are completed.Through the integration of key technologies such as interconnection and data flow structure,the network and intelligence of the real-time monitoring and operation management of the metro ISCS are realized.Finally,a comprehensive test platform for the metro ISCS is built,a test debugging plan is complied,and the test platform and plan have passed the acceptance.By testing the working conditions of various systems during the operation of the metro ISCS,including: alarm handling,emergency response and fault repair,etc.,the operating efficiency of the metro ISCS is effectively improved,labor costs are reduced,and it has good economic benefits.The metro ISCS designed in this paper has high safety,reliability and rapid response capabilities,the software platform has high processing efficiency,low interface debugging workload,and reaches the domestic advanced level.It has high engineering practical value and will play a positive reference for the country’s new infrastructure. |
