| Tower crane is an important equipment in contruction fields,and the market of tower cranes is developing fast.As a heavy equipment,we need to gurantee the safefy of tower cranes.However,most enterprises cannnot manage the tower cranes effectively due to the lack of efficient mangement techonologies.Therefore,there is an urgent need to deal with the operation,management,and release of tower cranes.At the same time,we need to provide online monitoing of tower cranes and find the machinery faults on time.In this thesis,we develop a tower crane management information system.We design the software and hardware to collect the vibration data of motors in tower cranes,and analyze the data to identify the motor faults.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Design the software to collect the vibration data of motors in tower cranes.The accleration sensors are deployed on the tower cranes.The data are transmitted from the sensors to the near-end software using Zig Bee.The data are transmitted to the cloud via NB-Io T.(2)Analyze the vibration data of motors in tower cranes using trend analysis,time domain wave,spectrum analysis,etc,and identify the faults.(3)Desgin and implement the tower crane management information system,including requirement analysis,detaied analysis,etc.The system can realize the management of operation,maintenance,faults of tower cranes.We run the system in the contruction fields.The system works efficiently and makes the the tower crane management effective and intelligent. |
