Research On Design Optimization Of Hospital Building "Medical Street" From The Perspective Of Humanization

With the development of society,hospitals are being built on the basis of providing disease treatment and medical services to create a family-oriented,life-oriented,and green-ecological hospital environment.In recent years,the scale of hospital buildings has continued to expand,and medical functions and specialization have gradually increased.The “medical street” model has emerged in the architectural design of hospitals.The medical street has become an important space that meets the functional requirements of the hospital,which is very relevant to people’s medical treatment.How to better understand the needs and behaviors of users and create a humanized medical street has become a key issue in the optimal design of the medical street’s space environment.This study takes the typical medical street in Hefei as the research sample,and aims to explore the design optimization strategy of the medical street from the perspective of humanization.First of all,by studying the relevant literature and related cases of the Medical Street,we can understand the development process,organizational elements and spatial environment of the Medical Street,and conduct a field investigation of the sample medical street to sort out the current conditions of the space environment.Secondly,research the relevant literature on the needs and behavior of medical street users,conduct behavior observation and demand questionnaire survey of sample medical street users,and summarize the environmental impact factors of the needs and behaviors of the medical street population.Third,through questionnaire surveys,we can understand the satisfaction evaluation of patients and escorts on the humanized design of Medical Street,use factor analysis to obtain the main factors that affect user satisfaction,and calculate the weights of all levels of factors,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method Calculate the satisfaction value of the common factor and the final evaluation target.Next,use the quarter graph analysis method to comprehensively analyze the importance and satisfaction of each factor,summarize the problems in the humanized design of the medical street,and address the problems in terms of efficiency,atmosphere,physicality,safety,comfort,Propose design optimization strategies in six aspects of convenience.Finally,taking the Gaoxin Campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as an example,the problems existing in the medical street of the hospital were designed and optimized.This research has made a certain supplement to the relevant theories of medical street,crowd needs and behavior,and has practical significance for creating a healthy and family-oriented medical street space environment.
