Research On Subcontracting Management Of Construction Labor Based On Smart Construction Site

In recent years,the construction industry as one of the five pillar industries of China’s national economy,the proportion of the industry has increased year by year,the construction labor subcontracting management as the basis of the pyramid,its management mode has a direct impact on the development of the construction industry,with the continuous updating of industry policies,the construction management requirements have higher standards,the traditional construction labor subcontracting management mode has been unable to achieve The demand of the current market.At present,the concepts of smart earth and smart city have been put forward one after another,and the smart construction site has also emerged.How to use the smart construction site to realize the informatization and intelligent transformation of traditional construction labor subcontracting management is the main demand of the current management objectives.This paper focuses on the construction labor subcontracting management,taking the intelligent construction site as the auxiliary means,using the emerging engineering technology under its framework to improve the management,aiming at improving the labor subcontracting management level and standardizing the market behavior.Based on the literature research,this paper investigates the current situation of the traditional construction labor subcontracting management,divides it into four aspects according to the labor subcontracting management process,and puts forward the main problems in all aspects,analyzes the root causes by using the fishbone diagram analysis method,and studies the improvement path.Combined with cybernetics,this paper analyzes the functional requirements,and uses feedback control method to correct the deviation in the management process in time,so as to ensure that the labor management is in a stable and controllable state.The system theory is used to construct and design the labor subcontracting management system based on smart construction site.According to the demand of construction labor subcontracting management,the construction labor subcontracting management is regarded as a system.Labor team,labor contract,labor workers and labor settlement and payment are the four factors that affect the system.The four factors interact and operate together to achieve the goal of labor subcontracting management,To maximize the benefits of the project.At the end of this paper,it analyzes the case of labor subcontracting management based on smart site,and evaluates the effect of smart site management by using fuzzy evaluation method.According to the quantitative evaluation results,it proves the role and effect of labor subcontracting management for construction.In this paper,the construction labor subcontracting management based on smart construction site monitors the site,workers,contract,payment,settlement and other aspects from multiple perspectives,strengthens the supervision intensity of management process,improves the efficiency of labor subcontracting management,has reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction labor subcontracting management,and promotes the popularization of information management in the field of construction Based on the analysis of the research results,the future development trend is also put forward.This research includes Figure 30,Table 4,and Reference 43.
