With the deepening of the reform of the power market,the marketization of power generation and electricity sales,the traditional monopoly position has been weakened again and again,and the new private power companies have joined enthusiastically,which has made the competition in the power industry more and more intense,and the marketization of electricity is becoming increasingly clear.As a technology-intensive power company,equipment innovation keeps pace with technology.The quality of electric power workers must meet the requirements of equipment operation and maintenance,in order to achieve the long-term safe and stable development of enterprises.This requires enterprises to take effective means to continuously improve the employment level of electric power workers,and the training of workers is an effective way to meet this requirement.The specialized demand of electric power enterprise training is not satisfied by market-oriented purchasing,and independent training is the only choice.As a provincial main network equipment operation and maintenance unit,the national network CGY company has been established for nearly 40 years,is the first operation and maintenance of ultra-high voltage main network equipment units in the country,and also undertakes the operation and maintenance of several UHV AC / DC transmission equipment in the country.After the transformation of high intensity and high frequency,there is a general structural shortage of personnel,especially the shortage of personnel for transmission operation and inspection,showing the trend of breaking files.In addition,the national network to the management of lean requirements are becoming higher and higher,under the leadership of staff reduction and efficiency,a period of insufficient personnel carrying capacity,double safety pressure,frequent accidents of human responsibility.To re-evaluate the training management,it is urgent to strengthen the construction of talents and improve the operation and maintenance level of personnel in an all-round way.This paper first clarifies the research background and significance,from the domestic and foreign research status,training related theories and other aspects of literature review to provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of the staff training system,optimization program formulation;secondly,through understanding the company profile,human resources situation,introduce the particularity of staff training in power grid enterprises,and the status of staff training system,find out the problems in the company staff training system.For example: the training organization system is weak to the instructor management,the training process system lacks the effect appraisal mechanism,the training curriculum system is not perfect,the training support system lacks the incentive system and the hardware and software facilities and so on.Thirdly,according to the shortcomings of the existing staff training system,combined with the company strategy and staff development needs,based on the systematic training model and the Koch four-level evaluation model,this paper optimizes the current staff training system from five aspects:instructor management,effect evaluation,training course,training system,software and hardware facilities,puts forward corresponding measures,and puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the staff training system to run well from the aspects of strengthening career management and courseware development management.
