Research On The Strategy Of Building Industrialization For The Development Of Assembly-type Building By Construction General Contracting Enterprises

In 1978,the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Central Committee made a major decision to implement a ‘opening-up’ reform.As China’s economy takes off,the construction industry,as the main engineer of the national economy,has experienced a rapid development as well.During the 1980 s,the output of construction industry was less than 30 billion RMB per year.However,by the end of year 2017,it reached into 21 trillion RMB.Behind this,a huge number of construction enterprises have completed such a large-scale production value.According to data from national statistics bureau,there are more than 7,000 enterprises with special,first and second grade qualifications in the total contract for construction construction in China,exceeding up more than 80 million employees.Under this condition,how to compete in the fierce competition of so many enterprises,and how to keep their enterprises competitiveness in this competitive market,is very crucial for every construction enterprise.The industrialization of Assembly-type building has experienced a low tide and stagnation as a new construction industry called for by the government in recent years.However,since 2016,the size of China’s Assembly-type building market has shown a rapid growth trend,with the aggressive implementation of national policies and positive market responses.In the future,the market for Assembly-type construction will have a broad future.So it is necessary for the all the construction enterprises to respond to the market and policy orientation quickly,and to be sure to go ahead of the many construction enterprises.What’s more,it is important for all the companies to actively develop the industrialization of Assembly-type construction,to invest in the construction of the industrial production base of the Assembly-type construction,to study the Assembly-type industrialization technology and to train the Assembly-type construction personnel as an important step in enterprise transformation and upgrading.There exist huge differentces between the tranditional contruction industry and Assembly-type building industry.At first,this paper introduces the development stage of the Assembly-type building industry,and compares the differences between the Assembly-type building industry and the traditional type of construction industry.Through a case study,we propose the general strategic development of the Assembly-type building company,and provide some suggestions for the competitive development.
