As a hub of maritime transport,the port occupies an important position in the global economy and trade.The core of the port production operations is the ship operation,which requires the rational deployment and utilization of all kinds of production resources in the port.The berths and yards directly facing the ships are often the scarce resources and bottlenecks of the port.Science and technology for berths and yards,A reasonable allocation of scheduling,can greatly improve the efficiency of port handling operations,reduce operating costs.However,the traditional modes of berths and yard dispatching alone tend to focus only on one aspect and can not co-ordinate the overall operation efficiency of the port.On the basis of reading and studying a large number of documents in the field of scheduling in the past,the author thinks that there are few researches on collaborative scheduling optimization for berths and yards,and most of them focus on the field of containers.However,the bulk cargoes of bulk groceries and the complicated operation methods,May not apply.This paper starts with the existing problems of dispatching homegrown bulk groceries,elaborates the necessity and importance of synergistic dispatching between berths and yard of groceries harbors,analyzes the influencing factors and optimize targets based on the actual business characteristics,and carries out quantitative analysis and problem modeling.Using ontology as the knowledge representation in the field of port coordination and dispatching,the rules and experiences of dispatching are integrated and summarized,and the ontology coordination of port berth and yard is established,and the ontology-based constraint reasoning of cargo,berth and yard is realized.Port berths and yard scheduling problems,an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on piecewise coding and constraint matrices is proposed,and the actual scheduling data of the port is used to verify the algorithm and model.Finally,Based on the business system,this paper develops and implements a port coordination scheduling system based on ontology and multi-objective particle swarm optimization with J2EE technology so as to promote and deepen the intersection and penetration of port scheduling method and optimization theory and enhance the port's auxiliary decision in collaborative scheduling.
