With the deepening of economic globalization,container multimodal transportation has developed rapidly as an important component of intercontinental trade.Due to the advantages of combining railway transportation and sea transportation,container sea rail intermodal transportation has become an important component of multimodal transportation.As an important transit station for container sea rail intermodal transportation,the coordinated scheduling of transportation equipment and handling equipment in the port has a significant impact on the transportation efficiency of the entire multimodal transportation.At present,the use of unmanned guided vehicles and unmanned rail cranes for dock automation operations has become the main trend in the development of domestic and foreign ports.In addition to using automation equipment to improve port transportation efficiency,designing efficient collaborative scheduling strategies for automation equipment and ships and trains arriving at intermodal ports has also become one of the methods to improve port transportation efficiency.At the same time,the reasonable order of container entry and exit in the joint storage yard within the port will also improve the collaborative efficiency between AGVs and cranes,thereby further improving the efficiency of container transportation in the port.Therefore,this article will conduct research from three aspects: sea rail intermodal port operation mode,crane collaborative scheduling strategy,and joint storage yard allocation.The main research content includes:(1)Allocate port resources for the basic operational areas of intermodal ports,and compare and analyze various container sea rail intermodal modes.Select the most feasible and efficient container sea rail intermodal operation mode for scheduling.(2)Analyze the extensive "crane AGV" collaborative scheduling mode in ports,design a multi line equipment scheduling method based on time window constraints,with the goal of minimizing the mutual waiting time of collaborative equipment,and obtain the equipment scheduling strategy with the highest equipment collaboration efficiency.(3)An analysis was conducted on the allocation mode of container storage in the joint yard of sea rail intermodal ports.In order to address the impact of container storage allocation results on path conflicts when AGVs enter the yard,a container storage allocation model was proposed with the goal of minimizing AGV time window conflict time,and intelligent algorithms were used to solve the problem.(4)Using Plant Simulation software to model intermodal ports,the optimization strategy proposed in this article was imported into the simulation model for comparative analysis.The effectiveness of the simulation model and optimization strategy was verified through example results.Under the sea rail intermodal transport,a collaborative scheduling model based on time windows and a joint yard storage allocation strategy were established in this article to solve the port equipment scheduling problem and yard resource allocation problem.The theory of container sea-rail combined transport has been enriched,and has practical significance for improving the operational efficiency and reducing operating costs. |
