| With the deepening of the industrialization of China’s construction industry,with the strong support of government policy dividend,the development of prefabricated buildings has become rapid in recent years.At the same time,because of the difficulty in the design of prefabricated building components and the high requirement for the integration of design and construction,the EPC general contract management mode is often chosen.However,the business process and production relations of prefabricated buildings are quite different from those of traditional buildings.Many kinds of organizational interfaces have been added,and attention should be paid to the management of organizational interfaces under the general contract management mode.At present,under the general contract management mode,the prefabricated building construction pays more attention to the technical quality problems and weakens the role of the management level,the problems in the organizational interface management are easy to be ignored,and the evaluation criteria of organizational interface management are not yet perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the interface management mode of prefabricated building organization under the EPC mode and establish a set of evaluation system suitable for the new construction mode.Taking the prefabricated building as the research subject,the thesis discusses the organizational interface management relationship of the EPC management model from the standpoint of the general contractor.The thesis discusses the organizational interface between the participants and the subjects under the prefabricated construction project general contracting mode,and studies the operation mechanism of organizational interface management,so as to clarify the main obstacles of the general contractor in carrying out organizational interface management.Furthermore,through the discussion of the organizational relationship and the analysis of related literature,the index factors are identified layer by layer and the evaluation index system is initially formed.After optimizing the indicators with expert opinions,the questionnaire survey method,R-type clustering method and coefficient of variation method are selected to screen and integrate the indicators to determine the final evaluation system.Then,the thesis expounds the principle and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used weight determination methods and evaluation methods respectively,and chooses the genetic projection pursuit method and the improved triangular whitening weight function grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the weight and establish the model.Based on the above research,the M assembly construction project in Shenzhen is taken as an application case,the evaluation model established in this thesis is used to evaluate the organizational interface management level from the perspective of the general contractor,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.Finally,in order to ensure that the prefabricated building engineering can carry out organizational interface management in an orderly manner under the EPC management mode,and improve the efficiency of organizational interface coordination,this thesis puts forward improvement strategies from six aspects: building an integrated management and control system of organizational interface of prefabricated buildings,building a dynamic system of organizational interface management,deepening the degree of cross-cooperation between organizations,strengthening the application of BIM technology,standardizing work flow,and improving the comprehensive quality of members.Research conclusion: The evaluation index system and evaluation model of the organization interface management of the prefabricated construction project under the EPC mode has been established in this thesis.After analysis of examples,it can be seen that the evaluation index system and evaluation model constructed in this thesis can be used as a reference for the management level of the prefabricated construction project organization interface,which can be evaluated reasonably and accurately,and is feasible,scientific and reliable,and is effective for general contract management.The development of organizational interface management of prefabricated construction projects under the mode has certain reference value. |
