| Much social attention has always been drawn to the safeguarding and revitalization of historic districts,which are usually situated at the heart of the city,symbolizing the city’s historical backdrop and regional features.The protection and transformation of China’s historic districts has gone through the process from static protection to commercial development,and many practices have proved that moderate tourism development is an effective and sustainable conservation model for historic districts.The development and design of historic districts is significantly impacted by the guidance of experience consumption mode,which is an ever-evolving form of renewal,and tourism being a far-off experience.This paper first elaborates on the experiential consumption model,introduces the similarities and differences between the experiential consumption model and the traditional consumption model,the relevant social factors,and conducts an in-depth analysis of whether the development of experiential consumption mode is suitable for historical districts.This part provides the theoretical basis for the full text.Then,the conservation status of Anshan Road Historic District and its existing problems are analyzed and summarized.Explaining in detail how to renovate Anshan Road Historic District in accordance with local conditions,the experiential consumption mode is used as a guide.However,the application of experiential consumption in China is still in its infancy,making it largely unconscious behavior without a systematic theoretical framework to guide.In this article,the author attempts to provide targeted guidance on the renovation of historic districts from the perspective of experiential consumption patterns.It is hoped that this paper’s discourse and examination will furnish a theoretical basis for the experiential evolution of historic districts,[2]and concurrently,more individuals can give greater consideration to Anshan Road Historic District. |
