Research On The Design Strategy Of The External Space Of Urban Residential Pension Buildings From The Perspective Of Interaction Concept

With the deepening of the aging of the population in China,the problem of living for the aged in urban areas has aroused social concern.Among them,there is an obvious gap between the construction of the external space environment of the residential endowment and the external space by the elderly,which has become an urgent social problem.This paper introduces interactive design concept and lead design elements to focus on the physical dimensions of the elderly.In actual projects,the targeted design strategy research on the object elements provides more theoretical enlightenment and practical significance for the research on the exterior space design of residential elderly buildings.First of all,in the first chapter,this paper mainly expounds the research background,research status,research purpose and significance related to the topic.Secondly,based on the basic theories of ecological psychology,behavior-scene theory,and ecological perception theory,the second chapter of this paper defines the relevant concepts,and focuses on the analysis of three different elderly community cases,which provides basic theoretical support for the study of the design strategy in the following part.Again,in the third chapter studies the urban residential type pension building interactive elements of outer space,from the user,the environment,behavior three interactive elements,this paper analyzes the physiological function of the elderly and outdoor behavior,psychological demand,and the external space design as a public space,landscape greening,road traffic,facilities sketches four elements,provide the basis for strategy research background.Again,starting from the concept of the exterior space,the fourth chapter puts forward four principles of security,interaction,adaptability and regionalism,and completes the design of new methods under the concept of interaction to provide strategic reference for specific practical applications.Finally,in chapter 5,this paper takes Health Science and Technology Town,Qingdao city as an example,and completes the transformation from theory to practice through background overview,investigation and analysis to concept generation.
