Study On Leisure Endowment Architecture Design From The Perspective Of Active Aging

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the living conditions of the elderly have been gradually improved and the average life expectancy has been greatly extended.The extension of life expectancy for pension business in China has brought a series of challenges,aging of the population increase has caused many pension related social problems,such as pension problem now has become a urgently needs to solve the problem,the traditional family pension mode and social endowment mode have been difficult to afford the burden of the elderly care in China in the future.The Chinese government has promulgated many policies to actively guide the pension industry,and more and more experts and scholars have also participated in the research related to the pension,constantly exploring the pension model in line with China’s national conditions,and achieved some results.The traditional pension industry lacks attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly and ignores the transformation of the elderly’s pension needs after their living conditions become better.The design of pension space does not meet the needs of the contemporary elderly.Now the pension model is gradually diversified,leisure pension community is still in its infancy,its development has received strong support from the state.This article takes the leisure pension building as the research object,the author first query the pension related theory at home and abroad,and carries on the sorting and analysis,after the use of leisure pension building main body,the psychological characteristics of the elderly and physiological characteristics are analyzed,and clear about the contemporary elderly endowment demand,use of multidisciplinary research methods,This paper puts forward the design strategy of leisure and elderly buildings from the perspective of active aging,starting from the coordination of project planning and single building design,mainly including the site selection of leisure and elderly buildings,architectural planning and layout,communication space design,functional space configuration,as well as the details of aging.Finally,taking the Qipanshan Leisure pension project in Shenyang city as an example,combined with the situation and needs of the local elderly in Shenyang,according to the proposed leisure pension architecture design strategy for practice.The leisure endowment architecture in this study strives to meet the leisure endowment needs of the contemporary elderly and build the endowment architecture with the characteristics of The Times.At the same time,it also hopes to provide some reference for the future leisure endowment architecture design.This paper has 62 figures,5tables and 50 references.
