Evaluation Comparison And Optimization Research Of Green Hospitals From The Perspective Of Health Performance

With the progress of urbanization in China and the improvement of residents’ living standards,the health of buildings has become the basic condition for the health of the whole people.The changes in the disease spectrum of residents caused by the aging of the population have increasingly highlighted the importance of medical buildings as the material carriers of health care.Therefore,the health performance of medical buildings,as an effective supplement to conventional medical methods,has received widespread attention.However,the current green hospital theory and evaluation system is still based on the concept of "four sections and one environmental protection".Compared with the current social development needs and medical building design practice level,it is obviously lagging and cannot meet the in-depth development needs of the green hospital concept.The goal of this research is to enrich and develop the theories,evaluation systems and design strategies of green hospital buildings in terms of health performance improvement.Regarding the above research questions,this article first sorts out the theories and standards of green buildings and green hospitals at home and abroad,analyzes their development context and development direction,and clarifies the development trends of green buildings and green hospitals at home and abroad and the development needs of medical buildings.It also introduces another important current architectural concept—healthy building,and discusses its design strategy,index requirements,evidence-based theory,etc.Secondly,Through the cross-comparison of the American LEED HC standard,the American WELL standard,China’s "Green Hospital Evaluation Standard",and China’s "Healthy Building Evaluation Standard".From the macro level,compare the overall framework of the standard and discuss the core logic of labeling.Compare the indicators and focus from the micro level,analyze and summarize the differences between green performance and health performance.Finally,based on the latest version of the "Green Building Evaluation Standards" index system and summary of differences,standard optimization and design strategies are proposed from five aspects,combined with design cases,to demonstrate and summarize at the practical level.This article combs the development history of medical design concepts and green hospital design concepts,combined with healthy building concepts,and summarizes the connotation and development direction of future green hospital design.Summarize the differences between domestic and foreign mainstream green hospital evaluation standards and healthy building evaluation standards.Based on this,based on the framework of my country’s current "Green Building Evaluation Standards",targeted optimization directions are proposed for the five aspects of green hospital evaluation and design: safety,durability,health and comfort,convenience of life,resource conservation,and environmental livability.Enriching the design strategy of hospital health performance optimization.Provide reference for the future development of medical building evaluation system and design strategy.
