The equipment manufacturing industry is the critical industry to lead the industrial development and optimize the industrial structure,and most of these products in the equipment manufacturing industry are complex products.Because these products have these features of complex structure,various functions and complicated design tasks,its design working will appear some problems of difficult coordination,long design time and low productiveness of design resource allocation.And it has been a significant factor restricting the product R & D ability of related enterprises.So collaborative design,as a momentous way to ameliorate the quality of product design,heighten the strength of enterprise product design and cut the product design time,furnishes a scientific,effective and practicable method to solve these problems about the complex product design.However,in the process of complex product collaborative design,the completion of product design tasks is not only affected by the resource allocation of product design process,but also related to the decision-making behavior factors of process execution scheme under the heterogeneous rationality of design subject.Consequently,in view of systematically analyzing the related theories about complex product collaborative design,the process optimization of complex products and heterogeneous rational decisionmaking behavior of design subject at home and abroad,this paper studies the process optimization decision-making behaviors of design agent in complex product collaborative design from the perspective of heterogeneous rational behavior of design subject,builds the process optimization decision-making model of complex product collaborative design based on process optimization tactics under heterogeneous rational behavior,and plans the adaptive multi-objective dynamic scheduling algorithm to solve it.Finally,the practicability and effectiveness of the theoretical research are verified by simulation experiments in this article.The concrete mainly includes the following aspects.Firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant theoretical research,this article studies these elements and characteristics of complex product’s collaborative design,and delimits the extent of process optimization research.Moreover,the process elements and their characteristics in complex collaborative design are analyzed in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research of process optimization in collaborative design of complex products.Lastly,this paper proposes the objective of process optimization in complex product collaborative design,expounds the principle of process optimization,and proposes a method of readjusting the design task scheme based on design structure matrix by analyzing the relationship of elements in the process of process optimization of complex product collaborative design.Secondly,at the same time of analyzing the decision-making behavior of process optimization based on heterogeneous rationality in complex product collaborative design,this paper constructs the psychological perception function of process optimization decision of design subject under heterogeneous rational behavior to depict and analyze the process optimization decision psychology of design subject in the process of optimizing the process.Finally,the process optimization strategy of complex product collaborative design under heterogeneous rational behavior is proposed by analyzing the decision-making psychology of process optimization of design subject.Thirdly,it is established of the process optimization decision model of complex product collaborative design under heterogeneous rational behavior in this paper.This article also designs an adaptive multi-objective scheduling algorithm based on mixed events and periods.And the decision-making model and algorithm are simulated and the results are analyzed by using project research experience.Then,the simulation result of the example shows that the decision model and the algorithm are feasible and effective.So the process optimization method of complex product collaborative design proposed in this paper has a certain theoretical reference value for the research of complex product collaborative design management.
