Rail transit plays a key role in urban public transportation and is the primary choice for the evacuation of passengers arriving on railways in comprehensive passenger transport hubs.The number of arriving passengers on the railway is large and dense,showing obvious impulse.Passengers arriving at stations will put pressure on the evacuation of rail transit passengers.Station platforms connecting hubs are likely to gather a large number of passengers and cause safety hazards.In order to reduce the operating pressure of rail transit connecting the comprehensive passenger transport hub,speed up the evacuation efficiency of the passenger flow at the platform,and give full play to the rail transport capacity,based on the railway arrival and transfer passenger flow rule,it is very important to study the optimization of the rail transit dispatching connected with the comprehensive passenger transport hub.significance.First of all,it introduces the railway transfer to rail transit,analyzes the coordination of rail transit to urban rail transit,combines the advantages and disadvantages of various urban rail transit organizations and dispatching schemes,and clarifies the adjustment of the rail transit dispatching plan,that is,the departure timetable.In order to optimize the realization methods of the research,and summarize the influencing factors and optimization strategies of the urban rail transit schedule preparation,it provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of the coordinated dispatch optimization model of rail transit.Secondly,it explains the method of obtaining the dynamic passenger flow data of the target line through the AFC system passenger entry and exit ticket checking information;based on the principle of WIFI probe data collection,it is proposed that the WIFI probe technology is used to obtain the identification and recognition of the railway arrival passenger flow and the transfer rail transit passenger flow.The statistical method,taking the comprehensive passenger transport hub of Chongqing North Railway Station North Square as an example,through WIFI probe data collection,data acquisition,data verification and sample expansion,it proves the feasibility of this method to provide rail transit passenger flow data for coordinated dispatch and optimization of rail transit.Then,considering the train’s safe departure interval,section running time,parking time and other constraints,as well as passenger constraints such as the most evening train time,and the number of passengers leaving the station,the weight coefficient of the hub station is increased,and the total waiting time of passengers on the whole line is set as the goal.The coordinated dispatching urban rail transit timetable optimization model,a genetic algorithm solution method suitable for this model is designed,and the waiting time,the coordination degree of the transportation capacity of the hub station,and the number of people gathered at the hub station are selected as the evaluation indicators of the optimization effect of the model.Finally,the model is solved by taking Chongqing North Railway Station North Square Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub and the connected urban rail transit line 10 as the research object.The results show that,compared with the equal time interval departure mode actually adopted by Line 10,the optimized scheme of non-equal time interval departure mode can effectively reduce the total waiting time of line passengers and terminal passengers and the peak number of people gathered on the terminal platform.Improving the coordination between railway arrival and transfer rail transit passenger flow and rail transit operation provides a certain reference value for urban rail transit operating companies to optimize the coordination and scheduling of rail and urban rail transit transfer connections.
