Research On Quality Management Of Expressway Daily Minor Repair And Maintenance Based On PDCA Theory

At present,with the continuous increase of expressway mileage and vehicle ownership in Shaanxi Province,the management and service of expressway operation departments needs to be further enhanced.In the operation management,implementing highway maintenance projects will improve the efficiency and convenience of driving.Among these projects,emergency response and guarantee system for trunk highway occupies a large proportion of the market,and the system focuses on the quality management of routine maintenance project.With the advanced reform of emergency response and guarantee system,the project has made some achievement,but there are also many problems,especially the quality management of routine emergency response and guarantee system in trunk highway.Combining with the characteristic of the project,this paper aims to apply the advanced theoretical knowledge of quality management to explore the quality control of highway routine maintenance system,which is an important topic of highway development and construction in China.This paper studies quality management of routine maintenance project of WJ Expressway in Shaanxi Province to improve the quality management of routine maintenance in WJ Expressway.Firstly,the related theories of quality management and the classification of maintenance engineering are sorted out by comparing the research status of quality management on daily minor repair and maintenance project.This paper introduces management mode and existing problems of the daily minor repair and maintenance engineering of the expressway in Shaanxi Province,and finds out the main factors by means of literature research,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative research and other methodsSecondly,this paper analyzes quality control of the daily minor repair and maintenance project on PDCA theory by comparing the data before and after the application combined with the existing quality problems in WJ Expressway.It is concluded that applying the quality management theory to the daily minor repair and maintenance projects will improve the quality management level and maintain a solid operation.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme through studying quality management system and mechanism,personnel involved in construction,machinery materials and management methods.It is expected to play a certain guiding role in improving the quality management level of expressway daily minor repair and maintenance.
