Under the background of the era when the country advocates energy conservation, emission reduction and green shipping,in recent years, the energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by ship transportation have attracted great attention from relevant departments, especially for the old ships with large inland rivers and their "information islands." The phenomenon is serious and the level of digitization is low.The massive heterogeneous data sources produced by multi-source heterogeneous equipment and systems cannot be directly collected in real time and used for fuel consumption analysis, forcing the development of informatization and intelligentization of inland watercrafts to be hindered. In order to further promote the energy saving and emission reduction of old inland ships, this paper combines cloud services, mobile Internet and other emerging technologies to study on-line energy consumption monitoring and fuel consumption modeling of old ships in inland rivers, and conducts research and analysis on its key technologies.Based on the problem of multi-source heterogeneous data collection and integration, the ship fuel consumption model is established for analysis to provide support and guarantee for ship energy saving, emission reduction, and green navigation.First, based on actual ship surveys and studies and related literature studies, the inevitable trend of the development of old ships in inland rivers is explained, starting with the collection and integration of multi-source heterogeneous data, energy consumption equipment monitoring and fuel consumption model establishment, and analysis of old inland rivers. The problems and needs in the process of informatization transformation of old ships, and the targeted on-line monitoring system framework for the main engine energy consumption of inland watercrafts is proposed. The framework includes the equipment layer, the ship-side data collection gateway and the ship-side data cloud server As well as the four aspects of the application layer,it provides a complete set of solutions for data collection and integration, data storage, fuel consumption analysis, and management for the energy consumption equipment of the main engine of the old ships in the inland river. The rapid informatization and intelligent transformation of old ships provides ideas.Secondly, according to the key technologies involved in the framework, technical solutions are studied from the aspects of overall structure, method principles and specific implementation, including: the collection of multi-source heterogeneous data of inland waterway vessels for different equipment and systems, and the Research on ship data integration in dynamic adaptation mode, service release research of ship fuel consumption model and establishment of ship fuel consumption model on sea and other related technologies, and detailed theoretical elaboration on the research content, for the overall realization of the subsequent system and the development of fuel consumption model The construction laid the theoretical foundation. Finally, according to the actual situation of the target ship, combined with theoretical research, the specific realization of the system framework scheme is carried out in response to the related problems and needs raised in this article. The built monitoring system has good real-time data collection and integration, high accuracy, and strong reliability;the fuel consumption model established based on the collected real-time data can accurately predict the fuel consumption value with small model errors. The final results show that the solution proposed in this paper is practical and feasible. It can provide a solution for the informatization and intelligent upgrading of old ships in inland rivers, and provide a data basis and analysis method for the shipbuilding industry in terms of energy saving and emission reduction.
