Study On The Properties And Pavement Structure Of Cement Grouting Asphalt Gravel Material

Cement grouting asphalt macadam material is essentially a semi-flexible composite material,which is a new type of pavement material which is rigid and flexible.It is formed by pouring cement mortar which meets certain performance requirements into large void matrix asphalt macadam.The semi-flexible composite material combines the advantages of asphalt concrete and cement concrete,and has the flexibility of asphalt concrete and the rigidity of cement concrete.It can be widely used in the pavement of various grades of highway,city road,toll plaza and parking lot.At present,semi-flexible composites have been widely used in the United States,Japan and Europe,but they are still in the stage of experimental research in China,and have not been widely used.Especially in the performance of semi-flexible composites,the influencing factors and the law of change are not particularly clear.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the properties of semi-flexible composites.A semi-flexible composite material —cement grouting asphalt macadam material are selected as the research object in this paper.Based on the structural composition and influencing factors of the material,the properties of cement grouting asphalt macadam materials are studied.The test data are given for other semi-flexible composites.Finally,the structure of cement grouting asphalt macadam pavement is studied,and the application suggestion of cement grouting asphalt macadam material in pavement structure combination is given.By analyzing the structural composition of cement grouting asphalt macadam,this paper reveals the interaction between each component,explains the strength formation mechanism of cement grouting asphalt macadam,and summarizes the influencing factors of cement grouting asphalt macadam material.It provides a theoretical basis for the study of cement grouting asphalt macadam material and pavement structure.There are two main factors affecting the performance of cement grouting asphalt macadam material: one is the performance of the material itself,including the performance of the matrix asphalt macadam material,the performance of the cement mortar material,the other is the influencing factors of grouting,including the porosity of the matrix asphalt macadam material,the compactness of grouting,etc.In this paper,the strength of cement slurry,the amount of asphalt and the target porosity are used as the influencing factors to study the properties of the materials,and the corresponding test specimens are prepared.Furthermore,the pavement structure of cement-grouting asphalt macadam is studied,and the pavement structure layer combination model of different materials is established by ABAQUS software.The cement grouting asphalt macadam material is drawn up as the upper layer and the lower layer in the surface layer,and then compared with the ordinary asphalt mixture as the surface structure.The advantages of cement grouting asphalt macadam material as pavement structure layer can be obtained,and the application suggestion of cement grouting asphalt macadam material in pavement structure layer is given.
