Power grid investment plays a critical part in the development of power grid enterprises.Through proactive and robust power grid investment,it can effectively drive the development of industrial chains,and promote the transition of low-carbon energy and high-quality development of national economy.Under the background of the reform of transmission and distribution prices,the external business environment of power grid companies has undergone major changes,and the investment decision of power grid will be significantly affected.The investment mode of power grid has gradually become more scientific and reasonable,and has developed into a refined and precise investment mode.The factors that need to be considered when formulating investment strategies are more detailed.While analyzing the relationship between power grid investment capacity and investment demand,it is necessary to consider the harmonious unity of economic,social and environmental benefits of investment projects,so as to maximize the integrated benefits.Therefore,it is of great significance for power grid enterprises to make investment strategies reasonably.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current status of China’s power grid investment,and analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by power grid enterprises.Secondly,taking into account the influence of various factors related to the investment demand of the power grid,such as macro-economy,social development,power demand,power supply and power grid operation,the key influencing factors are screened out through grey correlation analysis.In view of the above analysis,the power grid investment demand forecasting method with support vector machine based on improved firefly algorithm(IFA-SVM)is proposed to obtain the scale of the grid investment demand.Then,the paper analyzes the impact of the reform of electricity transmission and distribution price on the power grid enterprises.With target profit and target asset-liability ratio as constraints,and cash flow balance as means,a calculation model of power grid investment capacity is constructed.Finally,based on the research results of power grid investment demand and investment capacity,the optimization model of power grid investment is constructed.The objective of the model is to maximize the integrated benefits,and the constraints of investment demand and investment capacity are taken into account.The simulated annealing genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the optimization model.Based on these findings,the integrated optimization strategy of power grid investment is put forward,which provides the basis for power grid enterprises to make investment decision-making.This study provide support for power grid enterprises to respond to changes in external policy environment and dynamically adjust investment decisions.It can effectively solve the problems of how to invest accurately and improve the efficiency of investment under the background of reform.It can also help decision-makers make scientific and reasonable investment decisions,and improve the company’s decisionmaking ability under the new circumstances.
