Research On Supply Chain Risk Management Of Q Construction Project

In the global economic integration situation,supply chain management as a new management model emerged.At present,this management model has been widely developed and has been applied in many industries.The epidemic of NCP has a great impact on the supply chain of various industries in China,many of which are facing the risk of supply chain disruption,and the supply chain of engineering construction projects is no exception.Therefore,the introduction of scientific management thinking,the use of a reasonable way to control the risk of construction projects in the supply chain,can effectively improve the risk management capability of the supply chain,it is helpful to ensure the stable operation of the supply chain of engineering construction projects.This paper takes the q construction project as the research object of supply chain risk management,identifies and evaluates the risk according to its actual operation,puts forward the risk control measures,and establishes the risk early warning system,the aim is to take the initiative to prevent the risks in the supply chain and reduce the losses of related member enterprises.In the organizational structure,in the first chapter,from the domestic and foreign research status,the risk management of construction project supply chain is deeply studied,and the research method,content and technical route are introduced The second chapter introduces the Basic Theory of construction project supply chain risk and related research,and explains the related concepts of risk management,supply chain risk,project supply chain risk,etc.Then,according to the basic procedure of risk management,it studies the risk identification and analysis,the establishment of risk evaluation system and model,and the risk response and early warning,this paper studies and analyzes the risk of supply chain management for specific construction projects,and gives the corresponding measures of risk management,and designs the risk early-warning system.The research results of this paper,aiming at the risk management of the construction project supply chain,provide the relevant theoretical guidance,in the process of implementing the supply chain management mode for effectively reducing the loss of the construction project,also can provide certain reference basis.
