With the rapid development of economy,the construction industry,as the pillar industry of the country,needs to change the traditional construction mode and then move forward to the new construction mode,that is,the assembly construction mode.Assembly architecture is deeply studied in foreign countries,and the construction technology and management mode are also more mature.Although our country started in the 1950 s,but the development stagnated during the period,in recent years,with the national and local government issued the laws and policies to promote the assembly building,the industrialization development of the assembly building began to enter a new stage.Compared with the traditional architecture,the assembled building has the characteristics of short construction cycle,low noise,low carbon,green and so on.It can be said that it is the architectural product adapted to the new era.Compared with the traditional architecture,the assembly architecture involves many enterprises and has a stronger correlation with each other.Therefore,some scholars apply the supply chain management idea to the prefabricated assembly building,which can better strengthen the cooperation of all parties,reduce the project cost and maximize the interests of all parties.However,due to the large number of participants in the assembly construction supply chain and the complexity of the supply chain,the problems in each link will bring certain risks,which will have an impact on the whole supply chain system,and then affect the practical application of assembly architecture.Therefore,the research on the risk management of the assembly building supply chain can grasp the risk of the whole life cycle of the assembly building as a whole,so as to prevent it in advance.In this paper,interface management,system dynamics and other methods are applied to improve the feedback management framework based on constraint theory,and TOC-interface-SD based dynamic feedback management model of supply chain risk of fabricated buildings is constructed and applied to engineering practice.First,the application of interface management thought to build the subject,medium,behavior and external environment 4-dimensional risk evaluation index system;Then,system dynamics,simulation analysis and other methods were used to study the mutual influence of various risk factors inthe supply chain,and identify the location and links of key risks.It is concluded that the most critical risk in the early stage and design stage is developer risk,while the most critical risk in the production and construction stage and operation and maintenance stage is information risk;Then,According to the specific risk factors and risk factors,the risk is implemented in each subject and link,so that it can control the risk in a targeted way.Finally,through the system feedback loop,re-identify and simulate the key risks of the supply chain,and realize the system dynamic feedback management.The research a new one was created risk management mode of supply chain of prefabricated buildings,also make up for the deficiency of dynamic risk management research of supply chain of prefabricated buildings.
