Construction-material Logistics Management Of Construction Project Based On Supply Chain

Currently, most of projects suffer some problems in the materials management; suchproblems like unreasonable material procurement, untimely material delivery, unreasonablestacking and storage on construction site, secondary handling of materials, emerge inendlessly. Which not only result in an increase in material logistics costs and make confusionto the construction site, but also lead to downtime on the construction site, even delay theconstruction period and plan. As a consequence, the issue that how to effectively manage thematerials logistics on construction site, improve construction efficiency and guarantee theconstruction quality based on supply chain management thoughts, is worthy of in-depth study.Therefore, from the perspective of supply chain, this paper does a deep research into thebuilding materials logistics management, the main contents as follows:First, in order to lay a theoretical foundation for later study, the introduction oftheoretical knowledge respectively gives a simple elaboration of the supply chain, supplychain management, the construction supply chain and project logistics, which specificcontents and characteristics are analyzed either.Second, combining the theoretical knowledge of supply chain management, this paperdiscusses the selection methods of the construction materials supplier. Evaluation indexes forconstruction materials supplier considering cooperation risk is put forward, and a MCMDmethod of Intuitionistic Fuzzy is applied to establish a selection model for supplier based onProspect Theory. This model is helpful to elect a supplier for a long-term strategic partnership,hence to secure a stable supply chain of construction.Third, the implementation procedure of logistics management based on constructionsupply chain is given in this paper, and the logistics management framework is built.Furthermore, this paper lays emphasis on the material plan management, purchasemanagement and inventory management which are based on supply chain.Finally, in terms of material supply management, the optimization of materialdistribution is discussed emphatically; with a case of concrete distribution, the optimaldistribution model of concrete applicable in the specific circumstance of construction site isestablished, in which the queuing theory of operations research is applied.
