| In recent years,the number of domestic construction projects has increased significantly,competition has become increasingly fierce,and the profit margins of projects have been compressed.Most of the thermal companies in the market have weak profitability,and even some companies have been operating at a loss for a long time.In order to improve this unfavorable situation This article takes the Shendong Coal Group’s cable renovation project as the basic research object,analyzes the current status of the project,cost management and control measures,finds out the problems in the project cost management process,and proposes a plan to reduce the project cost.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this article introduces the research background and research significance,and on the basis of reviewing the related research results of cost management by scholars at home and abroad,expounds the research content,research methods and technical routes of the thesis.Secondly,this article explains the related concepts of project cost control.It not only introduces the definition and characteristics of construction project cost control,but also explains the necessity,process and methods of construction project cost control.Provide theoretical preparation for the following article.Then,analyze the cost control of Shendong Coal Group’s pipeline and cable renovation project through examples,summarize the actual problems in the cost control process of the project,provide a scientific basis for the formation of the control plan,and then formulate a more scientific cost control plan,To reduce the cost of project management and improve the efficiency of Shendong Coal Group.Finally,this article evaluates the implementation effect of the cost management plan of the Shendong Coal Group’s pipeline and cable renovation project,and at the same time proposes the improvement measures for the cost management,and summarizes the suggestions and countermeasures for the cost management of the pipeline and cable renovation project.This article mainly starts from five aspects of the cost control of Shendong Coal Group’s pipeline and cable renovation project,including the project approval stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and project acceptance stage,and uses the hierarchy method to analyze the cost of the Shendong Coal Group’s pipeline and cable renovation project.Control has carried out in-depth research and discussion,and obtained a good overall cost control of the renovation project,which provides a case reference for the cost management and control of the pipeline and cable renovation project in my country. |
