Study On Cost Control Of Highway Reconstruction Project In Wei Fang Section Of Shou Ji Line

At present,China's road construction enterprises in the process of project cost management,the management methods adopted are relatively backward.Construction enterprises to the bidding,often deliberately lower prices in bidding stage,the merchant's profit nature,prompted the construction enterprise constantly changes,in order to get enough economic interests.In such an environment,not only the interests of the owners are serious losses,the corresponding construction enterprise reputation suffers,construction enterprise brand image also is impossible,"lose-lose" on both sides.Therefore,how to in road project construction stages of strict control the construction cost,ensure the normal and the system of road project operation,is the industry of road project construction to key issues.This paper,from the theoretical and practical point of view,carries out the elaboration of project cost management from two perspectives of theory and practice.Part in this paper,the literature review,theoretical basis,the specific combination of literature knowledge,knowledge of project cost management involves the summary,and the whole process of project cost management,the content of the project target cost management is introduced respectively,and as in this paper,we study the theoretical basis.In order to confirm the subsequent practice part,to the cost of risk assessment methods,introduces the earned value analysis method,and the effect factors of affect the cost of a school complex building project summary analysis.Finally,according to the construction of long-lived Jiao Ji line Wei Fang highway construction project as an example,using a variety of methods for the life of Jiao Ji line Wei Fang highway construction project cost management process in test analysis,through the gantt chart,earned value method and other methods for quantitative analysis,points out that the life of Jiao Ji line Wei Fang highway rebuilding the main problems of construction project cost management,provide a reference for road construction enterprise project cost management.
