Research On The Coupling Mechanism Of Rural Industry And Space In Qinba Mountain Area Based On Synergy Theory

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China formally put forward the major strategy of "Rural Revitalization",which has become the general program of rural work in the new era.In the last stage of urbanization,Yang county of Hanzhong City has made some achievements in rural economy and spatial construction.With China’s economy stepping into the new normal and some industries transferring to the central and western regions,the rural areas of Yangxian will also usher in new development opportunities.However,there are some problems that can not be ignored in Yangxian County,such as the trend of bonsai rural space construction,focusing only on rural space construction and ignoring the coordination of rural industrial system and spatial system,which limits the overall development of Yangxian rural areas.Moreover,the existing industrial model of Yangxian rural has been unable to meet the diversified,personalized and quality market consumption demand.In addition,the starting point of rural industrial development in Yangxian is too low,and the lack of funds,talents and technical resources for industrial transformation and upgrading leads to the low efficiency of rural development in Yangxian County,which is in the dilemma of relying on government support.Therefore,based on the synergy theory,this paper studies the coupling relationship between the rural industrial system and the spatial system in Yangxian County,hoping to find an effective way to promote the coordinated development of the rural industrial system and the spatial system in Yangxian County,and help Yangxian rural get rid of the dilemma.The research work of this paper is divided into the following four partsFirst,through the theory of social conflict,landscape mosaic structure,hierarchical system theory,scale economy theory,government intervention theory,coordination theory and AHP coupling relationship index system evaluation model,combined with the collected data,this paper deconstructs the characteristics of Yangxian rural social subject,industry and space,This paper analyzes the possibility and necessity of introducing synergy theory into rural development in Yangxian County,and puts forward the research path and evaluation method of rural industry and spatial coupling system in Yangxian County under the framework of synergy theory.Secondly,through the survey of rural industry and spatial development in Yangxian County,it is found that the starting point of rural industry development in Yangxian county is low,the economic benefit is poor and the development level lags behind the spatial construction;There are some problems in rural space,such as the weak ability of urban radiation to rural areas,the large number of rural areas and the low degree of agglomeration.Then the coupling theory is used to study the coupling mechanism of rural industry and space,and the influencing factors,mechanism and manifestation of the coupling system of rural industry and space in Yangxian county are explored.Thirdly,combined with the development characteristics of Yangxian County,from the perspective of the interaction between rural industry and spatial system,the mathematical model of coupling degree and coupling coordination degree is introduced,and the evaluation index system of coupling relationship between rural industry system and spatial system of Yangxian county is constructed.Then,the comprehensive development level,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of rural industrial system and spatial system in Yangxian county from 2015 to 2019 are evaluated by using mathematical model.According to the evaluation results,the comprehensive development level,coupling stage and coupling coordination state of rural industrial system and spatial system in Yangxian County in different periods are evaluated and divided.Based on these data,this paper analyzes the disharmony between the rural industrial system and the spatial system in Yangxian County,and puts forward the coordinated development countermeasures.Fourthly,based on the qualitative and quantitative research on the coupling relationship between rural industrial system and spatial system in Yangxian County,from the perspective of rural industry and spatial dimension,the optimization development strategy and coordinated development mechanism of rural industrial system and spatial system in Yangxian county are formulated.On the one hand,the development of rural industry can effectively promote the improvement of rural economic form,social life and land use planning;On the other hand,rural space construction provides space and facilities support for rural industry.Therefore,there is a strong interaction between rural industrial system and spatial system.This paper provides a systematic idea and method for the research of rural industry and spatial coupling system in Qinba mountain area.The analysis process,research conclusions and solution strategies of this paper provide theoretical reference and reference value for promoting the upgrading of rural industrial structure and economic development,and promoting the construction of rural human settlements in Qinba mountain area.
