A Study On The Street Morphology Of Urban Recreational Business District From The Perspective Of Functional Adaptation

The advent of the leisure era has promoted the development of urban tourism and the emergence of urban recreational business districts.However,in the current construction of recreational business districts in China,there are still problems such as over-commercialization,homogenization of commerce,and incompatibility between functions and forms.Therefore,it is of important guiding significance to carry out research on the spatial and functional forms of recreational business districts..In this context,this paper selects Guangzhou Liwan RBD as a research case.Based on the spatial syntax theory,combined with multi-source network open data,this paper examines the street network form of Liwan Recreation Commercial District and other scales from three scales:city,block,and neighborhood.Relevance and interaction between the distribution of functions and the distribution of functions,analyze the internal law of function,form,and flow of people,in order to make up for the deficiencies of domestic related research in methods and content.The research results show that the street network of Liwan RBD has a good ability to gather the purposeful flow of people in the short distance in the city,and its street network structure under the slow traffic scale will affect the purposeful flow of people,thereby affecting the commercial functions and recreational functions of RBD.Distribution,and the singularity of functions will reduce the structure’s ability to pull the flow of people,and it does not have a good storage effect on the flow of people.The combined effect of function and structure has a multiplier effect on the flow of people,and the fabric center at different scales also has a certain superposition effect on the flow of people.The more profitable the function,the more likely it is to be affected by the superposition effect of the structure and the structure..In addition,the behavior trajectories of local and non-local recreationalists are affected by the characteristics of spatial organization at different scales.Based on the above conclusions,this article divides the vitality centers of the Liwan Recreation and Business District into two types: function-fabric vitality centers and special vitality centers.By superimposing vitality centers and fabric centers at different scales,we find the difference between function and form in RBD.Adaptation factors mainly include single coverage of retail categories;separation of retail and accommodation functions from recreational functions in commercial functions;low matching degree between leisure and entertainment functions and organization;and the lack of full use of the traffic flow in several aspects,and from shaping localized business Corresponding suggestions are put forward in many aspects,such as image,the introduction of recreational function coordination function ratio,recreational transformation,etc.,in order to guide the benign collaborative interaction between the recreational,commercial and cultural functions of the Liwan RBD and the street network form.
