The purpose of this paper is to establish the qualitative and quantitative relationship between urban planning and traffic noise,in order to improve the limitations of the traditional noise reduction measures,to achieve the prevention oriented,combined with the full range of noise control.To block as a starting point,through the traffic noise space of different network configuration and the layout of the building under the form of distribution difference,the quantitative relationship between the city and the morphological parameters and traffic noise,to analyze the city morphology affect the distribution of traffic noise in space,and summarize the law.The research is divided into three parts:Study on traffic noise prevention and control network form level,through the city center area contrast "road network,small blocks as well as the city fringe area" thin road network spatial distribution of noise,street area ",to analyze how to influence the distribution of noise in road network space.A comparative study is made from three aspects: the street block,the inner space of the block and the whole space of the block.The results show that the influence of the distribution of traffic noise in space network form,dense road network blocks noise spatial distribution is relatively uniform,thin road network noise space in the district differences;network morphology is affected by the traffic characteristics further influence the distribution of traffic noise,traffic flow and traffic noise correlation is stronger than the vehicle speed,traffic flow,traffic noise pollution will increase.Study on traffic noise prevention and control for building layout level,according to the building layout of China's status quo,the establishment of large blocks of theoretical model,through the distribution of traffic noise in the street space theory to analyze how the layout of the building form influence the distribution of traffic noise in space.The study includes the difference of the plane noise distribution and the noise distribution difference of the building facade.The results show that the layout of the building shape difference will lead to the traffic noise distribution structure difference,outstanding performance for the enclosing block,and the enclosing block,building height,building facade and outdoor space by building more small block noise pollution.In order to further promote the control of traffic noise of city planning can be realized,the city traffic noise index and morphological parameters as parameters,the quantitative research on relation between city form and traffic noise,including the study to explore the relationship between them and the establishment of regression model.The results show that the first row of the distance between buildings and roads DFBR is opposite to the relation of traffic noise and other city index,this index is beneficial to reduce noise pollution and improve the overall open space building facade noise uneven distribution,but also will cause the increase of the peak value of the noise by regression;the model between city traffic noise index and morphological parameters shows that the "building area and planning area than BSAPAR" on the open space of the traffic noise index predicts,"building density GSI" on the building facade the sound pressure level index predicts,forecast showed negative correlation.
