The Strategy Of Construction Control Based On The Research About Urban Texture In Shantou Small Park District

Urban texture is the physical and chemical results of technology,culture and social behavior in the process of urban development.However,the rapid development of modern cities has made traditional urban have been huge,and the urban texture of the material carrier of urban historical information is also gradually dying.How to continuity urban texture has become an important issue in the process of urban development.Shantou Small Park District has formed a unique circular and radial road grid pattern in the course of historical evolution,and the urban texture pattern formed from this is a very representative urban feature of Shantou.However,most of the buildings and facilities in Small Park District are old and shabby,and the urban fabric has been severely damaged.According to the above-mentioned status,it is very important to study Small Park District from the perspective of urban texture and explore its control strategy for the protection and planning of Shantou Small Park District.This dissertation refers to the methods of identifying urban texture at home and abroad,and conducts field investigations on the road texture,courtyard texture,building texture,and surface texture of Small Park District.First,the current characteristics of the urban texture in Small Park District area are obtained.It provides a solid foundation and important reference for the next analysis of its changing law.Secondly,using literature research method,graphic analysis method and comprehensive analysis method to analyze the formation and evolution process of urban texture in Small Park District from different levels through historical maps,topographic maps and satellite maps,etc.It is hoped to use this method to analyze the formation and evolution of urban texture in Small Park District.To grasp the relationship between urban texture and urban development.After analysis,it can be concluded that the urban texture is a multi-level complete system,and the texture elements at each level will affect the formation of the urban texture.Therefore,the urban texture must be protected and continued at different levels.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,explore the construction control strategy applicable to the urban texture of Shantou Small Park District,that is,through the formulation of urban texture control index guidelines and laws and regulations.And try to combine this set of construction control strategy with Shantou’s existing urban planning management and control system to play an important role in the protection and planning of Small Park District.This dissertation is the first time to systematically study the urban texture of Shantou Small Park District,and provide the important practical theoretical significance and practical guiding significance for the unique urban texture of Small Park District.Providing reference opinions for the application of urban texture theory in the protection planning of historic districts and other related topics.
