| In order to ensure the quality and reliability of power supply products,it is necessary to conduct aging test for a certain period of time when the power supply products out of the factory.The power aging test refers to the power supply manufacturer applying rated AC voltage and carrying power test to the power supply products in the production process,and monitoring the relevant performance indicators of the power supply products.At present,in the process of power supply,most of the medium and small manufacturers use the consumption type resistance,which not only causes the great waste of the power energy,but also causes excessive heat loss,causing serious damage to the ecological environment.In view of this situation,The aging system of DC power supply researched and developed in this paper can solve these problems well.DC power supply is the main power supply device to provide dynamic power for electronic equipment,and it is also the power source for the reliable operation of electronic equipment.In order to improve the reliability and stability of DC power supply products,most manufacturers generally use the consumption resistance test method to conduct aging test on DC power supply.A large number of power supply products are made in China and supplied to consumers all over the world.The quality of power supply products is of great importance.The application of traditional aging test methods will definitely waste large power consumption,which does not conform to the image of China as a big manufacturing country.Therefore,It is of great significance to study the aging test system of DC power supply and develop a more economical energy-saving aging test system.In view of the waste caused by the aging process of small and medium-sized power supply and difficult to achieve high cost-effective energy feedback through grid connected recovery,this paper design a new energy-saving DC power aging device.Through the parallel aging of several groups of DC power supply,the discharge control of boost DC-DC constant voltage and current control is adopted to ensure that the aging process of DC power supply is controllable.Using high frequency inverter technology,and adjusting the output voltage amplitude which from the off grid inverter to supply power to the test power supply,so the input voltage of DC power supply can be set.And through APFC rectifier circuit to supplement energy to the whole system,and finally make the whole system achieve energy balance.This paper analyzes the key technologies of the system,and based on system analysis,design the hardware circuit,circuit analysis and software programmer,constructing a DC power supply energy-saving aging test system platform based on DSP C2000 serial.In the test system,using eight 30V/6A switching power supplies to test,the test results show that,this aging system achieves the energy saving effect of aging energy,the input terminal of power grid meets the requirement of unit power factor operation.Compared with the resistance loss type test method,the energy-saving effect reaches more than 70%,The design goal of the energy-saving DC power aging system is basically realized,which has the promotion value in line with the interests. |
