Preliminary Research On The Base Of Guangzhou Modern Architecture

As a part of Chinese traditional architecture,the base has a relatively perfect development context.In the development process of thousands of years,the base has changed from the original single function of reducing ground moisture and resisting flood to one of the complex building parts integrating function,material,structure,construction and art.Together with the building roof and wall,it has become the main component of the facade modeling and artistic expression of ancient Chinese buildings.The special historical evolution of modern Guangzhou has created a special culture.Under the impact,collision,and blending of the multi-dimensional western architectural culture,the modern architecture of Guangzhou has a unique era,regional and cultural characteristics.As an important part of the building,its characteristics change along with the transformation of the architectural form.Based on field research,surveying and mapping,and historical data sorting,this paper studies the style,scale,composition,materials,design methods,and status quo of Guangzhou modern bases of various types and forms,and tries to solve the current problems.The measures also provide reference for the design of imitating modern bases.This article is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,through the research background,significance and domestic and foreign relevant research status combing,to determine the research objectives.Then,through the construction of certain value between 1840 and 1949 as the research scope,combined with the concept and noun interpretation of the study to determine the specific research objects,the follow-up research work.The second chapter is the background of the development of the base,Starting from the unique geographical and climatic conditions of Guangzhou and the lagging urban drainage system,the necessity of the emergence of the base with waterproof and tidal functions is excavated.Then,it points out the reasons for the diversity of the base scale by combing through the construction laws and regulations during the Republic of China and the influence of foreign architectural culture.Finally,combining different types of building phases,summarize the characteristics of the base in different periods.The third and fourth chapter is the key research base flat,elevation and details of the design content.Based on the research of the research objects and the collation and analysis of historical data,the design features and methods of different bases are summarized and analyzed from five levels: function,plane style and layout,facade style and composition,detailed design standards,decoration and structure.The fifth chapter is the thinking about the present situation and future of the base.In terms of the status quo of the base,starting from the three problems of weakened base function,style damage,and low utilization,try to put forward relevant solutions in combination with specific cases.In thinking about the future,based on the current value analysis of the base,summarize its characteristics,hoping to provide reference for the value of the base in the protection and utilization and modern architectural design.
