Research On The Design Of Express Service Space In Colleges And Universities

Under the social background of informationization and e-commercialization,college students have become the main force of online shopping,and their "online shopping" behavior has led to rapid development of campus express delivery.Due to the low concentration of the domestic express delivery market,the construction of service network and service levels of many express companies need to be improved.As a market for express delivery companies,colleges and universities are suffering from "Express mess" such as express delivery vehicles running uncontrolled,express goods are thrown everywhere,and "Floor-style" distribution and so on.Today,express delivery companies choose to cooperate with professional third-party companies to reduce the cost of the "last mile".National or local governments have issued policies and industry standards on the integration and standardization of campus express delivery,and colleges and universities have begun to strengthen the control of campus express delivery and accelerate the standardized construction of campus express delivery service space.So far,campus express has a trend and direction of integration.Due to the lack of construction guidance,the construction of express service space in colleges and universities is still in the beginning stage.This article attempts to sort out the development of campus express delivery and its distribution model,and focus on the spatial characteristics of express delivery services,in order to provide design reference for such spaces in colleges and universities.This article consists of six chapters,mainly divided into five parts:The first part includes the first and second chapters,including the introduction and basic information collation.The introduction mainly introduces the background,the research object and content,the purpose and significance,the literature review related to the campus express service space design,research methods and framework,etc.;the second chapter mainly introduces the development of the express industry and campus express delivery,and the main delivery mode of the "last mile" of universities at home and abroad.The second part is the third chapter,which is the research of the present situation of the express service in colleges and universities.The author investigated and analyzed the current situation of express service in 24 colleges and universities in China,deeply investigated the distribution mode adopted by colleges and universities,site selection and architectural design of express service space,and combined with the feedback information from the questionnaire,summarized the current situation and problems of express service space in colleges and universities.The third part is the fourth chapter,which is the about the location of the campus express service space.The specific content includes the design principle of the express service space,the location selection of the campus,the combination mode with the campus,the building scale and the service radius.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which studies the architectural design of express service space on campus.The author chooses the school-enterprise joint express delivery service station as the main research object of the express delivery service space,and carries out a systematic space research on it.The specific content includes external space,building fa(?)ade,functional composition,ratio of functional area,functional streamline,interior space design and interior sign system design.The fifth part is the sixth chapter,which is the conclusion and prospect.Concretely includes the conclusion,the innovation point,the limitation point and the future prospect.
