Along with the rise of e-commerce,the express logistics industry has developed rapidly,and at the same time,many problems have arisen that need to be solved,in daily life,the most intuitive contact of the public consumers is in the express transport industry "the last mile",that is,the process of terminal express delivery,like Jingdong,Shunfeng,Yellow vest and other express in order to enhance user In the process of delivery,they choose to deliver directly to consumers,not to the Cai Bird post,and this process often has problems such as low efficiency of express delivery,low utilisation of space in the carriage,squeezing and deformation of express delivery,virus transmission and cross-infection,etc.Currently,there are no vehicles suitable for express delivery personnel designed especially for the process of terminal express delivery.Instead,existing electric tricycles or vans are either modified or used directly,which have significant limitations for courier delivery personnel in the delivery of couriers.Therefore,in this paper,the concept and approach based on contextual analysis,combined with user needs,the use of hierarchical analysis,functional analysis,information entropy,triangular fuzzy number and other methods to carry out innovative design research on special delivery vehicles.Firstly,based on field research,interviews and other means to obtain information about express delivery carriers,build a multi-scene storyboard,and extract user needs from it.Using the KJ method to filter and summarise user needs,and then using the Hierarchical analysis method,combined with matlab software to test the importance of multi-level user needs indicators for consistency,to establish a hierarchical model of user needs.Secondly,the Functional analysis method is applied to grasp the functional structure principles of the relevant typical samples,so as to construct the functional tree and functional structure diagram of the innovative solution of the express delivery special carrier,and carry out the functional element combination solution based on the Morphological matrix to obtain the functional principle solution.The evaluation index system for express delivery carriers is constructed through the Credibility evaluation method,and the weights of the evaluation indexes are determined by combining the Information entropy,and the Triangular fuzzy group multi-attribute evaluation decision method is used to optimize the functional principle scheme and obtain the best design scheme.Finally,combining ergonomics,using Rhino and Key Shot for modelling and rendering,using Figma to complete the design of the vehicle system and handheld terminal interface,virtual simulation of its driving process and delivery process,combined with user needs again for a comprehensive evaluation of the scheme,to further verify the rationality and feasibility of the scheme.This paper proposes a more feasible solution for vehicles dedicated to terminal express delivery,solving a number of pain points of the product and providing a certain reference value for other delivery vehicle designs. |
