Research On The Space Design Of Campus Express Delivery Center Based On Service Desig

With the change of people’s shopping methods,the express delivery industry has developed rapidly.The goods needed and sent can reach the destination efficiently and safely,providing great convenience for users.However,there is a certain disconnection between the social systems and the rapid development of the express delivery industry,resulting in some problems to be solved,such as the end service quality problem,especially the "last kilometer" problem of college express delivery.College students as one of the main forces of online shopping,express delivery has become a part of college students’ campus life;however,due to the long-built old campus has not been clear about the planning and construction of express space,and the current research on all aspects of campus express space is in its infancy.Therefore,based on the concept of service design,this study explores the design strategy of campus express space construction in order to improve the service level of campus express space.Campus express space as the "last kilometer" of college express delivery,the service carrier is space,and the core of service is people.Therefore,this study first understands the current situation of campus express space,the feasibility and research path of service design,and determines the purpose,content and framework of this study;secondly,it studies the relationship between "people"(various stakeholders)in the campus express space and the field situation of the existing express space,and obtains the users’ pain points and needs by establishing the service quality evaluation index system of the campus express space.Then,according to the service design tool,the user demand is transformed into space design elements,so as to put forward the design strategy of campus express space;finally,taking Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the design practice,the campus express space model is established with reference to the previous design strategy.through the way of expert evaluation to verify the feasibility of the design strategy,so as to improve the service level of campus express space.This study mainly summarizes the following research results:(1)construct the campus express space service quality evaluation index system-SERVQUAL evaluation scale,to provide a quantitative basis for the improvement of campus express service quality.(2)put forward the campus express space design strategy based on service design:multi-dimensional space layer design strategy,systematic service layer design strategy and co-creative emotion layer design strategy,which provides a reference direction for the construction of campus express space.(3)to provide Nanjing University of Science and Technology with more specific campus express center location scheme,spatial planning and design,space environment construction,service management scheme and so on.
