| With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the continuous improvement of information technology,e-commerce oriented online shopping has gradually entered people’s daily life.The booming development of online shopping has brought huge demand for express delivery,but the traditional distribution network layout model of express enterprises is relatively lagging behind to meet the increasing demand for express delivery,which has become an important factor restricting the development of China’s express logistics industry.The reasonable location and layout of logistics facilities are prerequisites for the effective operation of urban express delivery,and the key node of connecting hubs,the transfer station,is particularly important.Therefore,scientifically and effectively selecting the location of express transit stations can effectively reduce logistics costs,improve transportation efficiency,and increase consumer satisfaction,thereby breaking through the bottleneck in the development of the express logistics industry.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of express logistics industry,this thesis adopts a facility location method that combines qualitative evaluation and quantitative analysis to conduct a two-stage study on the location decision-making of urban express transit stations,mainly including the following aspects:(1)Through sorting out relevant literature on express logistics distribution,logistics facility location,distribution network optimization,and other related issues,this thesis conducted an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by urban express delivery in the e-commerce environment,and determined the research ideas of this thesis.According to the location principles and influencing factors of express transfer stations,a preliminary evaluation index system for express transfer stations is established.Comprehensive use of AHP and GIS analysis methods to obtain the primary location results of express transfer stations.(2)This thesis focuses on the study of the model for the selection of urban express transit stations.Considering the continuous development of e-commerce,a multiple regression model was established using SPSS tools to predict the future demand for express delivery.From the perspective of express delivery enterprises,with two indicators of cost and time as the main influencing factors,a dual objective location model with minimum total cost and maximum time satisfaction is constructed.By constructing an evaluation function,the dual objective model is transformed into a single objective function model,and a genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.(3)Taking the express delivery network of Company A in Chang ’an District of Shijiazhuang City as an example,this thesis applies the location method described in this thesis to study the location problem of the transfer station of Company A,and uses MATLAB software to program and implement it.The location results are analyzed to solve the optimal location plan,thereby obtaining the number and location of the express delivery transfer station location of Company A,as well as the distribution relationship between each transfer station and the terminal network.This thesis provides a new approach for solving the problem of selecting transfer station locations in modern logistics enterprises.The research results can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the layout design and optimization of express delivery enterprises’ outlets.And it has certain reference value for improving the logistics distribution system of the entire industry. |
