In the recent ten years of the development of space science and technology,every step of the whole process of satellite launching and reaching the scheduled orbit is challenging,especially when the satellite operates in the space environment,there are more unknown factors,so ensuring the normal operation of the satellite in the space environment is the main problem we are facing at present.Due to the harsh space environment and strong electronic radiation,the logical state of configuration memory in space-borne products is prone to particle flip due to the influence of space radiation.The poor anti-single event overturning ability of the system will directly lead to the interruption of the system function.Therefore,the protection measures against single event have become the necessary condition to improve the reliability of space system.This topic comes from the design of a space-borne product.According to the requirements of design conditions,the single event protection design of the space-borne product is analyzed,and a closed-loop fault-tolerant scheme is designed to solve this problem,which ensures the safe,stable and reliable operation of the space-borne product in orbit.The main design content is divided into the following four parts.First of all,the selection of FPGA and its configuration mode are carried out.According to product design requirements,SRAM FPGA is selected.The FPGA device has five configuration modes.According to the characteristics of refresh and read-back fault-tolerant technology,the Slave Select MAP configuration mode is selected,the principles of refresh and read-back are given,and the triple-mode redundancy function is introduced.Secondly,a closed-loop fault-tolerant scheme for single event flip of onboard electronic devices is designed.According to the requirements of faulttolerant logic control and circuit characteristics,the control logic program is designed in the FPGA peripheral circuit,that is,the way of controlling the FPGA operation through the peripheral circuit,and the FPGA configuration schematic diagram is designed and given.Open-loop fault-tolerant scheme and three-mode redundancy scheme are briefly introduced.Based on open-loop fault-tolerant scheme and three-mode redundancy scheme,a closed-loop fault-tolerant scheme for single event flip of on-board electronic devices is given.Then,the anti-single event design ideas of other circuit parts of the satellite-borne product are designed,including COMS circuit,auxiliary FPGA circuit,CPU circuit,DSP circuit,PROM circuit,EEPROM circuit and other auxiliary circuits.The protective measures for single event overturning of onboard electronic devices are designed and verified effectively.Finally,the performance of single event protection of the whole circuit is tested by simulation software,and the results all meet the expected requirements.
