Water source variable refrigerant flow air-conditioning system(WSVRF)is a totally new air-conditioning system which come out in recent years.It combines advantages of both air source variable refrigerant flow air-conditioning system(ASVRF)and water loop heat pump(WLHP),and it solves some problems of ASVRF system such as ASVRF system is easily affected by climate and such system has had an influence on fa(?)ade of the building(which require platform for outdoor unit),such disadvantage imply that ASVRF system is not suitable for building with all glass curtain wall.At the same time,WLHP system has a disadvantage of loud noise.So,WSVRF is begin to be applied in high-rise office building and super high rise office building,and it has a good application prospect.And yet there are still some misunderstandings about one application should apply ASVRF or WSVRF system.Therefore this article will study the comparison of the fitness of several typical office building between ASVRF & WSVRF airconditioning system and energy consumption of such two air-conditioning system mentioned.Base on the theory of <GB 50189-2015 Desigh standard for energy efficiency of public buildings>,this article selects three typical buildings: multi storey office building,high-rise office building and super high rise office building,using Analysis and Simulation of annual energy consumption software(Energy Plus)to simulate and calculate the hourly cooling load of these three typical office buildings,then apply ASVRF and WSVRF air-conditioning systems on these buildings,selecting equipment types,analyzing the influence of space of the buildings when applying ASVRF or WSVRF air-conditioning system.Base on the result of the hourly cooling load of these three typical office buildings,this article has calculated energy consumption of ASVRF and WSVRF air-conditioning system when applied in three types of typical office buildings selected by the article,then compare the data of energy consumption index,total installed power,seasonal energy efficiency ratio(SEER),comprehensive performance coefficient of electric cooling source(SCOP),SEER/EER and SEER/SCOP.And then compare and analysis from the view of affecting the useage of space in the buildings when applying these two types of air-conditioning systems.Then finally have the result that WSVRF air-conditioning system has some energy saving advantages when applied in typical high-rise office buildings and super high rise office buildings in Shenzhen,and yet ASVRF airconditioning system is still one type of indispensible supplement of office building air-conditioning system.
