| In recent years,China has formed a "9073" pension pattern,home-based care for the elderly occupy the main body,most of which live independently.Although the living conditions of the elderly have improved,fitness for elderly is still less than satisfactory.Physical environment,which is directly related to personal health and well-being,is an important influencing factor of individual quality of life.Thus,is it worth exploring what physical environment is ideal for ILE and how this environment should be evaluated.However,the research on the classification and evaluation standard of urban community residential environment for fitness for elderly still needs to be filled,the lack of evaluation standard to guide the construction of the fitness for elderly and improve the existing community residential environment deserves attention.This paper belongs to the project "Study on the Construction of Living System for the Independent Living Elderly in the Home-care Model" of NSFC.According to the needs of the elderly,the former part of the research has established the independent living elderly living system evaluation scale(LSES-ILE),but the scale still needs to be verified and developed.The purpose of this paper is to verify the reliability and validity of the LSES-ILE,and develop it into a evaluation criterion with grading function,so as to put forward the assessment basis for dividing the grade of fitness for elderly of urban community living environment.The first chapter raises questions.Starting from the research background,this part expounds the necessity of the evaluation criterion for the fitness for elderly of urban community living environment,and clarifies purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter analyzes the problems.Through the analysis of foreign building environment aging evaluation tools and domestic building performance evaluation criteria,the basic characteristics of evaluation criteria are summarized with the research direction determined.The rest of the chapter solve the problem.The third chapter is data collection.First,obtain the community sample data by applying the LSES-ILE in cross regional and multi type Chinese communities.Second,collect the living experience indicators of the elderly through the survey of quality of life and community satisfaction.The fourth chapter is verification optimization.Through the test of inter-item consistency,test-retest reliability and validity,the verification of LSES-ILE is realized,with the basis of evaluation criteria obtained,meanwhile the improvement direction of evaluation system is clarified.The optimization scheme for the current evaluation basis based on the research paradigm of grounded theory,in which encodes the semantic information of the elderly through semantic analysis,and forms the concept set of the evaluation system.The fifth chapter is the establishment of the evaluation criteria.This part puts forward the construction process of grading evaluation standard index system based on the discussion of the necessity and methods of grading evaluation of the fitness for elderly of urban community residential environment.First,determine the evaluation principle,clear the evaluation standard framework.Second,select the evaluation index,establish the index set.Third,carry out the overall weight score conversion according to the weight system of LSES-ILE,determining the score of each level.Last,classify fitness for elderly of the urban community residential environment,determine the evaluation level.The final evaluation criteria can quantitatively assess the existing living environment for fitness for elderly,and can also evaluate the design plan to provide basis for optimization,so as to indirectly improve the quality of mixed age community environment for the elderly.In the future,it can be carried out for all elderly groups of home-based care,and promoted in various types of urban communities. |
