With the globalization of the world economy,the development of regional economic integration and the lessons brought to the world by the global economic crisis,all countries put the development of manufacturing industry in a more important position.The strategic transformation of business model of enterprises has increasingly been put on the agenda of manufacturing enterprises and become the focus of industrial chain coordination.As an important form of realizing the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry,the strategic transformation of enterprise business model has become one of the criteria to measure a country's industrial economic influence.With the gradual formation of the world's space economy system,China's participation in the division of labor in the global manufacturing industry chain is becoming more and more active.Traditional manufacturing enterprises are promoting international real economy exchanges.Flow plays a guiding role.Therefore,how to transform the business model of enterprises to meet the new requirements of industrial upgrading and win-win cooperation between China and other countries in the background of the fourth industrial revolution with intelligent manufacturing as the dominant factor is also an important part of government supply-side reform in the Industry 4.0 era.Through questionnaire survey,fuzzy Delphi method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this paper explores the key success factors of the strategic transformation from traditional industry to Industry 4.0 business model,and puts forward a complete framework of the key success factors of S company's business model Industry 4.0 transformation in China.In the company S key success factors of the transformation of business model in China in the process of analysis and discussion,find out the suitable for the law of the company S business model transformation in China,further excavate the universal key success factors,to help industry enterprises in business model 4.0 strategic transformation better meet customer needs and their own development goals.In this paper,through the common research methods and theory of business model transformation is introduced into the company S business model on the analysis of the transformation of Industry 4.0,based on the four essential factors of S company's existing business model and the analysis of the problems,to guide the company S make Industry 4.0 business model transformation,and thus build up the customer,market environment,industry background,let public relations,regional and industrial enterprise internal and external factors such as economic background will be the larger impact on enterprise business model of strategic transformation on company S,but the influence degree of each have differences,affect the enterprise business model the influence factors of strategic transformation is different also.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the key success factors of S company's business model transformation from the perspectives of different customers,market environment,industry background,public relations,regional and industrial economic background,and discuss the effective management mechanism of S company's successful business model transformation in China.In this paper,the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire survey method was used to carry out a detailed empirical study,and the opinions of 19 technical and marketing personnel and business management experts were investigated and interviewed.The obtained questionnaire data were sorted out and analyzed by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.According to the result of empirical research,combined with company S' key success factors in the transformation of business model in China on the quantitative analysis,establish the internal factors and external factors affecting the research mechanism of two dimensions,found in S company the external influence factors in the influence factors of customer value proposition and operation mode,internal factors affecting business personnel training and management of the company S business model transformation is the most critical success factor.Secondly,business conflict diagnosis and resolution,adjustment of internal management system,increase of employee identification,talent strategy management,introduction of European and American Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing business in China,information communication and interaction with suppliers,construction of technology R&D team and ability to organize key resources are also successful factors for enterprise transformation.Finally,in according to the results of quantitative analysis,put forward by the corresponding countermeasures of S company Industry 4.0 transformation,strengthen the "who to create value" the understanding of this proposition,industrial manufacturing,execution,4.0 unit test and so on each link to take advantage of big data and digital technology,the established digital drive and closer cooperative relationship with customers,with digital can assign the customer value proposition as the foothold to build good business ecosystem,and thorough going efforts to promote the implementation of customer service oriented intelligent test business model,won the sustainable competitive power provides a complete enterprise business model,such as strategic transformation plan to cope with the arrival of the era of intelligence.
