Plant facility layout is a primary coverage in production system planning and designing and one kind of enterprise's typical long-term decision-making, which is the structure foundation of safeguarding and improving the integrated function of production system as important method and fountainhead of raising production system benefit, is the beginning and primary coverage for enterprise modern management and advanced manufacturing technique. There exits many logistics problems in domestic manufacturing enterprises for unreasonable plant facility layout, such as slow logistics velocity, long stoppage time, distributed and uncoordinated organization, high cost, serious waste, etc. The domestic and foreign scholars have done many researches in this field.This paper is supported by Research Fund of National Natural Science Foundation, advanced theory and relational technologies for plant facility layout at domestic and overseas are analyzed, one method of facility plan basic on green manufacturing is proposed combined with the idea of green manufacturing and system layout plan method. The main research content is:1) Introduced the basic idea of plant facility layout, proposed the target and fundamental of plant facility layout basic on green manufacturing, analyzed the relationship between plant facility layout and enterprise strategy location;2) Introduced the method of system layout plan, proposed one method of system layout plan basic on green manufacturing and expound its trait;3) Combined with the actual situation of XX enterprise, analyzed the plant facility layout by SLP based on green manufacturing. According to the technique route of plant production, respectively discussed the physical distribution relations and non-physical distribution relations on XX company valve workshop production process for the target of less resources consumption, small environmental impact and good operating environment for workers, then obtained comprehensive relational graph by physical distribution relations and non-physical distribution relations. Finally proposed several kinds of arrangement schemes according to comprehensive relational graph, the improved workshop arrangement plan is obtained combined with workshop area lump graph.4) Flexism logistics simulation software was used to simplify three layout plans forward and afterward improvement, then constructed model and simulated the production situation of XX plant, analyzed the simulation results, finally obtained best layout plan.The new arrangement scheme is obtained by using improved system layout plan based on green manufacturing. Through calculating analysis, the physical distribution condition of new plan has greatly improved, the production process is smoother, operating environment for workers is effectively improved and the environment influence of production process greatly reduced.
