| The reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China launched the strategy of rural revitalization,emphasizing that the three rural issues of agricultural,rural areas and farmers are fundamental ones related to national economy and people’s livelihood.The basic dimension of the Chinese context— that our country is still and will long remain in the primary stage of socialism—has not changed,and it is reflected in the very great degree in our rural areas.Among various problems there,the safety of rural buildings deserves careful consideration.In recent years,the collapse accidents of selfbuilt houses have continued to emerge.Rural architecture dose not seem to be a big problems,but small probability events could also break out after accumulation.In addition,the safety of hundreds of millions of rural houses in China is closely bound up with villagers’ happiness and security,therefore,the safety of rural buildings should not be underestimated.At present,there are many research results on rural architecture themselves such as construction technology and overall planning,however,little attention is paid to knowledge learning of the main body of house construction.Therefore,this thesis will focus on the delivery of construction knowledge in the process of building,discussing how to improve the effect of knowledge transfer through its contributing factors,as well as put forward my recommendations.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of rural area and knowledge transfer in rural architecture,which elucidates the background and significance of the research and as well demonstrate current situation of rural buildings.What’s more,it analyzes in detail the current domestic laws and regulations on rural constructions and reveals the main body of knowledge transfer in rural house construction,setting the foundation for follow-up study.Secondly,after on-the-spot semi-structured interviews,the author uses Grounded Theory to dig into the elements of knowledge transfer in rural construction,and establish a model of transfer elements in it.In addition,three key influence factors and their interrelationships are identified by empirical research method,providing an index basis for the follow-up study of the mechanism of knowledge transfer of rural construction.The results show that the willingness of knowledge transfer subjects,knowledge transfer channels and policy environment have an important influence on transfer.Thirdly,the feasibility of applying system dynamics in the study of knowledge transfer in rural construction is analyzed,and the causal diagram of the knowledge transfer and the relationships between the main variables are proposed.On this basis,the author builds system dynamics model of knowledge transfer and performs simulation experiment by the Vensim PLE method.The results show that the introduction of system dynamics provides a better research method for the research on knowledge transfer of rural architecture,and further enriches the theoretical research on knowledge transfer of rural architecture.Finally,on the strength of the above-mentioned research,this article proposes promoting strategies from four aspects,that is,national policies and regulations,government supervision and management,funding guarantees and villagers’ safety awareness and safety behavior. |
