In order to meet the requirements of the state of the prefabricated housing industry and green building, the prefabricated construction entered the period of rapid growth. However the study of prefabricated construction technology in our country is still in the initial stage, the construction encountered many difficulties and challenges. In the construction process of the composite floor slab of prefabricated housing, the deformation and internal force in the construction process of transportation, stacking, lifting of prestressed PK panel and pouring concrete of composite layer will affect the normal use of it. But at present, less mechanical analysis of the construction process of the composite floor slab of prefabricated housing makes that there is blindness for the formulation, implementation and inspection of the construction scheme. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out mechanical analysis of the construction process of the prestressed PK panel composite floor slab of prefabricated housing. The work and research content of this paper:(1) Explore and discover the key mechanics problems in the construction of composite floor slab by participating in the practice of prefabricated housing project,.(2) Propose the model establishment of the construction process of transportation, stacking, lifting of the prestressed PK panel and pouring concrete of composite layer. The stow-wood are simplified to linear fixed hinge supports and linear sliding supports, special lifting tools and the temporary supports are simplified to linear sliding supports, ordinary lifting points are simplified to be a point of sliding supports, that make that the simulation results are more close to the actual situation.(3) The mechanical behavior of the structure in each construction process of the prestressed PK panel composite floor slab is different from the normal use of the mechanical state, and the mechanical behavior of the structure during the construction process changes with the construction process. Comprehensive consideration of the interaction between the prestressed tendons and concrete, and the effect of "T" shape rib and opening hole on rib on deformation of the prestressed PK panel, the optimal spacing of stow-wood, special lifting tools, ordinary lifting points and temporary supports are determined, and analysis the law of deformation and internal force of the construction process of the prestressed PK panel composite floor slab.(4) When the temporary support is arranged, the vertical bar of the temporary support is arranged on the bottom of "T" shape rib, that make horizontal support at the top of the vertical bar produce a smaller deformation.The analysis results have directed the construction process of transportation, stacking, lifting of prestressed PK panel and pouring concrete of composite layer by doing finite element analysis, which ensure the safety of the construction and be of great significance for the normal use of the prestressed PK panel composite slab.
