After the reform and opening-up,China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements,the living standard of the people is also accompanied by the improvement of the economic situation.In this process,the housing industry in China has been developing rapidly,at the same time,the housing industry has become a major driving force for economic growth and an indispensable pillar of the industry.Our country urgently need to enhance the comprehensive benefit and level of quality housing in the present stage of housing construction,and will change the extensive patterns of development in the past to intensive patterns of development,also continuously meet the people's living environment and conditions,realize the sustainable development of housing construction and realize the modernization of housing industry.In order to realize the development strategy as soon as possible,promoting the development of assembly type of architectural structure will become an important direction in the field of architecture in the future of China.At present,the prefabricated structure of building in our country is still in the primary stage of the study,especially on the research of the total-prefabricated floor slab covering is relatively backward,at the same time,available information is extremely rare.On the assembly floor plane stress force performance and working mechanism of slab connection is even less.Although in recent years some scholars strengthen the research,but the research on the construction of several new assembly floor splicing is not yet mature,there are also many drawbacks and have not yet reached the effect of large-scale promotion and application,it is necessary to discuss the practical and feasible construction scheme of prefabricated floor slab splicing.Based on the present situation,in this paper,a new-type of total-prefabricated beam and plate system's connecting pieces--Box-type connector,T-type plate connector and hole cover plate connector,which is applied to the steel structure,is presented in this paper.The article used ABAQUS finite element analysis software establish finite element model of floor slab joints,by applying the concrete damage plasticity model,the non-linear finite element analysis of the proposed slab connections used in new-type total-prefabricated floor slab is conducted based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The comparison between test results and finite element analysis,so as to reveal its working mechanism.By the parametric analysis,providing an experimental and theoretical basis for node design in the actual project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the nodes in slab joint under the action of single shear and uniaxial tension by ABAQUS finite element nonlinear analysis.Secondly,reference to similar finite element analysis simulation,constantly revises and improves the finite element model.Finally,using ANSYS Workbench to carry on the auxiliary analysis and the check the computation.The analysis shows that all kinds of connections between plates exhibit good in-plane mechanical properties,destruction of the main form for the connector damage,the bearing capacity of the box joint is the biggest.On the basis of above research,the establishment of a variety of plate joint under the shear-rabbi nodes of the finite element numerical analysis model,and analyze the shear(V)and tension(T)numerical map points under the same axis.It is concluded that the specimen of shear-tensile curve,analysis of different specimens under different shear rabbi form of damage,and considers the effect of the vertical uniform load on the shear and tensile action,so as to reveal the specimen on the mechanical properties under the combined shear.Then,using the method of numerical analysis fitting out the total-prefabricated floor slab joint connected nodes in shear under combined loads of shear-pull related equation,the whole assembly RC floor along the plate connected to distributed to in-plane deformation theory are derived,as well as distributed to connect the total-prefabricated assembled floor slab connect 2D finite element model of the constitutive relation of to provide theoretical support.Finally,a new type of connector of different connector spacing and different material strength are simulated and analysed by finite element method considering the influence of detail impact on rigidity.The results show that the spacing of the joints has a great influence on the stiffness of the slit joints,on the basis of the analysis,this paper makes suggestions for the detail of this kind of connecting pieces and provide reference for the design and construction of the new type of connecting pieces.
