With the continuous development of society,the application degree of industrial automation has been continuously improved.Belt conveyors,heavy vehicles,and trains are currently the three main tools of the transportation industry,and have been widely used in coal,mining,metallurgy,and other industries.Accidents caused by faults of belt conveyors are often one of the important factors that directly affect the production efficiency and operation efficiency of the equipment.Among them,faults caused by skid are inevitable problems during the transportation of belt conveyors.Skid faults will directly accelerate the transportation.The belt is worn,which affects the normal service life of the conveyor.In severe cases,it can also cause major accidents such as fire.In order to reduce the hazards caused by skidding,this paper improves on the problems of the contact skid detector widely used in industry at present,and proposes a fuzzy intelligent judgment method for the belt skid protection of belt conveyors,which can be realized without knowing.When the machine is running at a speed,the conveyor can still be skid-detected,and the skid protector can recognize belt conveyors with different belt speeds.It can also be used to detect the skid during the starting process,making the contact skid detector more intelligent.Firstly,for the problems that the starting process of the belt conveyor is difficult to determine,an algorithm based on fuzzy inference system is proposed,which solves the problems that the contact skid detector cannot detect skid during the starting process and the limitations of the skid detector use conditions.And using the MATLAB simulation platform to verify the proposed fuzzy inference system.Secondly,the hardware design of the circuit diagram of the entire system,the circuit uses the PIC18F25K80 chip as a microprocessor,including a single-chip circuit,alarm circuit,current output circuit,pulse output current,belt conveyor status display circuit and communication circuit,and the physical hardware connection diagram is given.Finally,according to the functional modular design concept,the software program of the belt conveyor intelligent skid detect system is written in the MPLAB IDE integrated design environment.This system will accurately determine the skid faults of the belt conveyor,and then effectively ensure the safe and reliable operation of the belt conveyor,which has practical significance for improving the efficiency in industrial production.
