Research On Conveyor Belt Deviation Fault Based On Fault Tree Analysis

The conveyor belt is an important part of the belt conveyor.In the production operation of the belt conveyor,the operational reliability of the conveyor belt will directly affect the working efficiency of the belt conveyor.However,because the conveyor belt has a higher probability of failure,and the cause of the conveyor belt failure is complicated and diverse,it is difficult to control the failure of conveyor belt.For the belt conveyor,how to effectively determine and distinguish the cause of the conveyor belt operation failure and preventive measures in advance,plays a vital role in the fault control of the belt conveyor.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: the conveyor belt is taken as the research object.Through the analysis of the principle of the fault,the possible causes of the conveyor belt deviation fault are listed,and according to the number of occurrences of the fault,the probability of causing the deviation of the conveyor belt is obtained.Then calculate the probability of the deviation of the belt conveyor belt deviation fault,which provides service for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of the belt conveyor.Under the guidance of the theory of fault tree analysis,combined with the conveyor belt deviation fault mode of belt conveyor,the fault tree model of conveyor belt deviation fault is established,and it is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analysis the fault tree model,then the probability of causing the conveyor belt deviation is obtained.On one hand conveyor belt deviation detection technology based on Fault Tree Analysis can speed up the judgment of faults,improve maintenance efficiency,shorten the repair time and extend the service life of the conveyor belt,and on the other hand,it can be pre-treated and regularly repaired in the operation for the cause of the conveyor belt deviation.On the basis of targeted prevention,reduce the probability of occurrence of conveyor belt deviation and improve the service life of the conveyor belt.Finally,combined with computer visualization technology,the visual analysis system of the conveyor belt deviation fault tree is established quickly and accurately,and carry out corresponding qualitative and quantitative analysis.With this system,it is convenient for production manager to understand the operation status of the belt conveyor belt more intuitively,so as to strengthen the management of the conveyor belt and the fault situation,and continuously adjust the maintenance operation plan to make the equipment management more targeted.It can improve the diagnostic efficiency of equipment failure.
