Research On Interactive Group Decision-making Of Green Rural House Construction Project

“Home Ownership” has been a social ideal pursued by mankind since ancient times,and house has always been one of the livelihood issues that urban and rural residents are most concerned about.With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy and the sustained economic and social development of rural areas,how to ensure the coordinated development of rural house construction,rural ecology,and rural industries is an important task for building a modern new countryside that is livable,business and tourism.This paper takes the decision-making of green rural house construction project as the research object,and has completed the following four research tasks:(1)The interactive decision-making participation method of the green rural house construction project community is proposed.Constructed interactive group decisionmaking elements for green rural house construction projects,focusing on the community,analyzed the evolution of the green rural house construction project community,functions,and power-interest division,and established an interactive decision-making mechanism for the green rural house construction project community.(2)Constructed an interactive group decision-making technical method for green rural house construction projects.Based on the four dimensions of liveability,eco-friendliness,efficient production and innovative applications,an interactive group decision-making index system for green rural houses is proposed.Through Matlab simulation of decision cloud models,the output of decision-making results can be visualized,and it provided support for decision-making construction of green rural houses.(3)Designed the interactive group decision-making application process for green rural house construction projects.Integrate the resources involved in interactive group decisionmaking,establish a support library consisting of information database,database and model library,and design the application process of interactive group decision-making technology methods for green rural house construction projects.(4)Conducted an empirical study on interactive group decision-making for green rural house construction projects.Based on a field investigation of a green rural house in Yanhe Village,a case study was carried out using the interactive group decision-making technology and application process of the green rural house,the decision-making level of the green rural house construction in Yanhe Village was evaluated,and corresponding improvement strategies were put forward.
